Terrible customer service, nit picky to a bad fault and unwillingness to cooperate to shipping needs. Very flippant attitude of both employees working at this location.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sailor. She is a valuable asset to your company. She so kindly and patiently assisted me with my faxing needs; in addition she was a one-man show... and she graciously welcomed and assisted multiple customers simultaneously in a caring, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Thank you Sailor!!!

Second time at this location (after having another bad experience) the level of pickiness is just on a different level. I was asked to move my packages multiple times, they didn’t have a clue on how to handle one of my returns, they didn’t take a package since it needed filler…. I return stuff on a daily basis through UPS and USPS and NEVER had an issue with the way I prepare my packages… definitely not coming to this location again!

This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a FedEx. Luz and Sailor were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly outstanding service!

Customer Service at this store is amazing. I needed to print a format not supported by this store and Sailor M. went above and beyond to find another Fedex store that would print it on time for me. I’d definitely be using them again.

I generally only post positive reviews. Being a mature calm person I can typically resolve issues to the point of acceptability. This is not the case here. I took a rather involved scanning project and confirmed in detail how a notebook would be converted to and OCR scan. Something my home scanner did very well but it was a sheet by sheet process and with 300 pages that is a bit much. They accepted the task and when I went to pick up the work the price was double what I was quoted. When at my office and able to verify the scan it was image instead of OCR and 590 pages. It was clear that some chapters were scanned twice and one three times. Returning the next day to resolve they worked hard to convert that file to OCR and Word but it delivered poor results and I agreed to accept it with an adjustment to not charge me for the duplicate pages. They said they would determine just how many pages were duplicated and issue a refund once they counted the pages. Well three unreturned messages later I returned to their office to be informed they would not credit for duplicated pages. Employees were very nice just not able to deliver on the job and refusing to credit duplicates. Very dissapointed in this FedEx store. Stay away.

I was there in the afternoon, and when I stepped in, it was dark and a lady immediately said “ we are on lunch break now”. Then I noticed there was a temporary printing sign “we will return 3:30”, even if their Google shows open from 10am-6pm on Saturdays. So I asked her if I could just left my package by the door, and she can scan this later. She said “No, I have to scan it when you are here”.
I checked on FedEx and didn’t find this requirement.
Maybe next time add a lunch close time on your Google hours so people won’t waste time driving to you. or at least take back that rude attitude.
BTW If this’s not required by merchants, I would prefer USPS.

I have used this location quite a few times, and today was the first day I had a horrible experience. I was shipping a package internationally for a friend and didn’t have enough funds to cover it. I asked the man working if I could call my friend that was paying for it to send me money. He got extremely annoyed (even though there wasn’t another customer behind me) and gave me attitude. As a recent college graduate that is struggling to make ends meet, I was very offended by his lack of good customer service. It’s not his place to shame me for the amount of money in my account. I received the money from my friend in under a minute, then the worker proceeded to hand me a document to fill out. I asked him what it was because I had never seen something like that and he briefly explained. When I asked him another question to clarify, he snapped “look sweetie stop freaking yourself out, this will be the easiest thing you’ve ever had to do.” I was simply trying to clarify if I understood his instructions clearly so I wouldn’t have to fill out another one. As someone that has worked many different jobs, customer service is of the utmost importance. I understand having a bad day but the last thing you should do is treat a customer so rudely and belittle them. He wasn’t wearing a name tag but he was the only one working. I suggest a customer service refresher course for this particular worker because I will be using UPS down the street from now on.
