They have bad customer service, this is just a fedex drop off, asian woman working there was rude and did not wanted to help she treated me like a dumb, like how am I gonna know it’s just for drop off?

Flowers scheduled to be delivered Christmas Eve. Fed Ex delivered dead flowers on Dec. 26. When I called them I had to interrogate the rep for solutions. The rep gave his name as John at the beginning of the call and Aaron at the end of the call. Fed Ex is now only one degree better than USPS. Update: 800 flowers sent a replacement order and the same has happened. 2nd order of dead flowers arriving today. 800 flowers rep said this is common with Fed Ex.

Yes this FedEx is inside an Walgreens. It is convenient. They are pretty efficient most of the time. But I dropped a box on December 16 Friday. It was delivered to Norcross FedEx on December 19 Monday at 7:00PM. And the package left GA on December 20 Tuesday. This was supposed to be an overnight! This package was grossly delayed !!Next time if you have an important package, just go straight to the Norcross office.

The staff team members were very efficient and had a good knowledge of their jobs. The customer care relations was great. The person who attended to me laid down all the options I had and gave me the privilege to ask all the questions I wanted to. Eventually I felt safe to leave my package with FedEx and I look forward to a safe delivery later today.

I read the other comments and it's true , this is not a actual FedEx, it is indeed a Walgreens, they have LIMITED services.

It is not a fedex store. It’s a Walgreens. Quit listing Walmart stores as fedex stores because they can’t even ship a package.

I too enjoy going to FedEx express drop boxes on weekends for recreational activities.
