Specifically, I’d like credit JD and Nick (I think) for patience and excellent service. It really was above average. I have generally had a good experience at this location - having just been in with my daughter’s car on Saturday and unexpectedly back on Monday morning, all day, as they worked to replace my radiator. This is a job generally reserved for the dealership, but Nic is special. His spirit translates into his work and customer service. I know who I am too, but I know when people are real and talented. Please give him a bonus on his check. Thanks. Gina

Great team, nice customer service, since a get into the store they assisted me right away, DJ and Will explained to me what they did to fix my alignment and what I could be done in the future to improve chamber and caster in my 08 econoline van.

On May 31 I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation for my Toyota RAV4 LE 2015.The service advisor who was not polite and said that tire rotation was not covered but I was confused since I did have a lifetime wheel alignment for this car as well as my other car (Toyota Prius 2010). He said the only way I can get a free tire rotation was to buy a $20 package for a complete vehicle inspection to which I agreed. I asked him to call me if there are any issues they find while working on the car. In the afternoon I went to pickup my car after hearing from him that the car is ready. I asked if the tires were OK for which he said everything was fine. Upon reaching home in the evening I got an email from firestone stating that all 4 tires are worn out and need to be replaced. So the next day (june 1) I had to take my car again just for changing the tires which I could have taken care of if they told me earlier. The service manager on June 1 seemed to be polite and knowledgeable.

Great service, honest and informative! I went in for a diagnostic and oil change, not sure if I had something else that needed to be addressed. They provided a thorough evaluations of my car and walked me through all of their findings and things that I need to be on the lookout for. They certainly could have tried to talk me into some things that I did not quite need yet, but I felt they were very honest and straightforward. Thanks Will, you guys are awesome!

Dj is incredibly helpful and takes his time to explain things that I don’t quite understand. They have low and affordable prices for the services. Wonderful shop and wonderful people, they have water and coffee inside and the temperature control is wonderful. I could nap in the waiting area.

Disappointed!!! They take your vehicle, hold it there for half a day, and tell you they can't fix the problem. You need to arrange your transportation for two round trips for this.

I've never been in a repair that took five hours to change oil and brake jobs. The first one in the last one out I'm so mad . He told me it would be an hour and a half.

I just had new tires put on and the price and service was exceptional. No issues there.
What I have an issue with is they called me and said I needed new front wheel bearings. They quoted me $1071.58 to replace them. I almost laughed over the phone at that point.
I replaced them myself this morning for $60 in parts and just over an hour of my time.
Be careful with any "We found this ..." services they offer you.
