I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TAKING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! THEY SOLD ME A BUM TIRE!!! I went to this location to purchase two new tires, when I arrived the customer service was not very good. I overstand that they may have been busy but that’s a part of the job & to be treated like I was bothering the guy at the front desk was unacceptable. I had to wait over 45 minutes just for them to look at my tires & assess my vehicles needs. The whole time I was waiting, there was a woman at the front desk, complaining about the damages done to her car and how many times she had to bring it back to still not have them resolved. When they finally did look at my car, they didn’t have one of the tires I needed so I just purchased one. It took them another half an hour to put the one tire on so when it was done, I just left assuming that everything was okay. Two days after this, I noticed that my tire was low on air and I had to stop and fill it up, but I really didn’t think much of it. A few days after that, the tire went low again and then I was at work and a coworker came to me and told me that I had a flat. I drove to the nearest gas station and put air in my tire only to hear that it was leaking near the nozzle. Due to some personal issues, I wasn’t able to reach out right away about the tire. So today I was planning on driving to the location to resolve this issue, but the tire was low again so I had to go to the gas station for more air but this time after I put air in the tire, the entire metal piece shot right out of the nozzle and all of the air came out of my tire! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRAND NEW TIRE!!! I hope that they will NOT give me a hard time about replacing the tire & resolving this serious issue.

I don't let anybody work on my vehicle other than Firestone. I particularly like this location because to is close to my house but mostly because they have always treated me well, kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my car, made sure I received any and all coupons available but mostly because I can trust that the work they do is done correctly.

Andre did a great job of explaining the issues with my vehicle and provided great recommendations. After driving my car off the lot, it ran better than it has in years! I never had a mechanic tell me what issues were going on with my car, they just fixed what I asked for. Andre and his team made my little car run smoothly and it’s a joy driving my car now!

Liked the service of this place. However, I was charged $30 because I did not want to change my tires here and they had already “ordered” the tires. I’m not sure if this is a standard practice but I wasn’t a big fan.

Not completed on time. Mgr gave a lousy excuse. Seemed like car was left idling unnecessarily outside for several minutes based on my findings when I got there.
The end result was good, job was done right.
