I typically enjoy shopping at Five Below, as the experience is usually quick and pleasant. However, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with an incident that occurred during my visit on August 9.
While my daughter and I were completing our checkout, an employee reached between us to retrieve a receipt for another customer. We had already completed our transaction and were simply collecting our change. Rather than waiting until we had finished and stepped aside, the employee reached between us in a manner that felt intrusive and inconsiderate.
When I addressed the issue, the employee responded with an inappropriate remark as we were leaving. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
I believe this interaction reflects poorly on the training and standards expected of Five Below employees. He should be very grateful My child was present; it wouldn’t have ended well on his behalf.I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure all team members understand the importance of respectful and courteous behavior toward customers.

Don’t go here. I keep shopping here trying to be understanding that they are short staffed and look past other issues. I have worked retail and understand but this is the worst location in the world. Also, some dude locked the door in my face instead of just telling me they are closing early at 5:30. I guarantee this location will not be getting any more of my money. I’d rather drive to Timbuktu.

Disappointed! Although the store has a lot to offer, they lack on mobile phone accessories. Seems like they only cater to IPhone. Not a single android option at this location.

One of the messier five belows I’ve been to. Nobody greets you when you come in. Saw lots of restocking going on but no cleaning/organizing. Very, very messy.
