1/9/2020 From my personal experience this insurance company is unprofessional and talks over customers whom call in to make legitimate insurance claims. They transfer calls without advising you and leave you on hold for over 30 minutes to make a claim. I requested to speak to the Commercial Lines office manager Tammy Hyder on several occasions and I was told she was gone for the day. It wasn’t until I advised we would get an Attorney involved that she decided to take the call

Al Brown went the extra mile and found another insurance carrier at the last minute who would give me more coverage at 10% less than the original bidder winner. THAT is what I call service. Al is another reason I have been a Talbert client for over 20 years.

Had an accident and the person said no police and took off! As a responsible adult I gave them all my info. After a few weeks I was told the adjuster made the claim against me!!! No real contact with me!
