We have run over 150 events for over 30 years across the nation and had some of the worst experiences ever with this venue after recent staffing changes. Lack of response, lack of adequate or skilled staff, interference in our operations, lack of interdepartmental communication, and blatant lies to name but a few of the situations we faced. I could not recommend work or attending an event here. If you attend an event and enjoy it, all credit goes to the event management for overcoming the hurdles presented by this poorly operated venue.

Another terrible experience with entry/exit. Handicap access was deplorable and the exit was BLOCKED OFF with no wheelchair, walker, scooter etc exit!! We were forced into the landscape beds with mulch and curbs to navigate!

Worst place to have graduation at. Building is cold, no balloons/ vases/bags (unless they are clear) allowed. Families are not allowed to go few steps down the stairs to take a photo/video even if you don’t obstruct the exit. Staff is super rude, treating you like a herd of sheep rather than loved ones of the graduates, from the entrance to the exit.

Amazing place for our conference. Parking and access was great and the arena is in walking distance from some great hotels. The rooms are all very comfortable.

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 2025 World Korean Business Convention held at Gas South District, and it was truly an inspiring and enriching experience. The event provided a fantastic platform to explore new business opportunities, expand my professional network, and engage with a diverse range of representatives from various prefectures and regions across South Korea.
Walking through the convention halls, I was amazed at the wide range of industries and innovations showcased, from cutting-edge technology and manufacturing to cultural products and regional specialties. It was fascinating to see how each prefecture brought its unique strengths and initiatives to the global stage, emphasizing Korea’s dynamic role in the world economy. The networking opportunities were exceptional—meeting business leaders, entrepreneurs, and government representatives all under one roof offered valuable insights and potential collaborations. Every conversation opened a new door, and the atmosphere was filled with energy, ambition, and a shared sense of purpose.
Gas South Arena and Convention Center provided the perfect venue for this large-scale event. The facilities were spacious, modern, and well-organized, allowing attendees to move easily between exhibitions, seminars, and networking lounges. Everything from logistics to hospitality was handled seamlessly, contributing to a highly professional and enjoyable experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed attending the convention. It was an event that not only strengthened my ties to Korea’s global business community but also left me feeling motivated and hopeful for future opportunities. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

It's an ok venue, refreshments are pricey but not ridiculous for an arena. The seats are very uncomfortable, padding is very worn .
