I gave 4 stars because owner does need to communicate with the customer more. My Samsung (65in) went out over a month ago. The sound played but picture would not show due to lightning; they advised it was the motherboard. The part was on back order, which was not conveyed to me in a timely manner. However, once the part came in, it was replaced and my tv works fine. They were very courteous. I would definitely use them again.

The excellent service and advice (Kudos to Dan R.) is a reflection of locally owned businesses in a world of anonymous chain stores. Ultimately Express did not have the computer I needed but almost. . . I would check in again anytime I was in market for their products. Keep up the good work folks. You cannot go wrong.

Get a new battery for your iPhone, and don't wait in line! I didn't have an appointment and they replaced my battery, screen protector and phone case in about 20 minutes.

This guy is writing his own positive reviews for his service. I called to inquire about repairing my TV to which he said and agreed to do for a set price. He was to come by and fix it the next day. It has been 10 days at this point and has not been cooperative in coming back to repair my TV. I have called many a times to schedule and see what the problem is and have been met with "I'll be there tomorrow" and yet no one has showed up or called back. I sure as hell wont be using his service and you should think twice before giving him a call.

Great attitudes, very reasonable prices, and quick service. Had a completely shattered glass on my iPhone 7+ (no LED or camera damage) and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes good as new. The repair has a 90 day warranty which I didn't expect so I know they'll have my back if something goes wrong. Thank you!

They picked up 2 flat screen tvs that had been blown out by lighting and had them back at my home in three days. AND THEY WORKED!!!! Have Been a customer of Normans before, but not any more. Ask for JT when you need a trusted tech.
