This is the first review I've ever took the time to type on any business, but this location is horrible.Took them 2 months to process a auto loan application for me. I have done nothing short of keep my patience throughout the process, but there was absolutely no transparency on what needed to be done. I would email as soon as they opened only to get responses at 4 in the afternoon. I would call them at scheduled times so that I could try my best not to be a pest, but I would go days without answers. All of the stars have been aligned only to get denied at the last minute.Communication throughout this drawn out process that should have been completed has been 0 to none. Particularly someone by the name of Lacey. They finally switched me over to a Misty and she was somewhat of a better option, but I just lost a truck due to their lack of eagerness to get this done. This is gut wrenching

This branch is permanently closed. There's one in Alpharetta, and there's one in lilburn.

This location is closed on weekends and it has RESTRICTED ACCESS. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS BUILDING UNLESS YOU ARE A MACYS EMPLOYEE w/ Access Badge. Do not waste your time especially if you are short on time.
