My personal experience with Gerber was quite excellent. My car was struck by a deer. The work that was done was beyond my expectations. NAILED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would especially thank Joseph. There was some minor damages to the interior done during the process. Joseph had them fixed at no cost to me.

Too bad I wasn’t able to use them for my vehicle’s repairs because my car suffered a lot of damage/loss.
TIFFANY AND JOSEPH ARE PROFESSIONALS!!! They will take care of you!!! They keep everything ''a buck'' with you and explain everything throughly. They are two of the most sweetest and patient individuals in this type of industry! They are always responsive and proactive.
JOSEPH: Quick and fast estimate!!! I was even provided all the documentation I requested, including photos, and not just one to two photos; Joseph made sure to take a picture of every little detail of my vehicle + damages. He photographed the breakdown process. I’ve NEVER had an estimator do this before!!!
TIFFANY: She is really a conversationalist! It seems like I have known her for YEARS!!! Her energy is down to earth; like none other!
I highly recommend Gerber Duluth GA. Run, don’t walk, to receive their high quality services!!!

These people are professional, honest, and really great at what they do. I had to use them twice in the last month. Both times my repairs were completed ahead of schedule and my vehicles were returned to me looking amazing. Not only were the repairs completed flawlessly, but the car was detailed and spotless - inside and out. They handled all the correspondence with my insurance company and other parties, and made for a hassle free experience. Matt, Donnie, and Brie understand what an inconvenience it is to require collision repair and make the process is easy as possible for you.

I had a awesome experience at this collision center in Duluth, GA. My experience with Brandi was awesome she help me out walked me through the process of what to expect from our car being taken to have any estimate and repairs done. She also kept me updated on what was going on with the Car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking repairs period. And my experience with the other staff members was awesome as well. Just give Ms. Brandi a call and she will definitely get and keep you straight. And no not the Singer ???but she's and awesome worker here PERIOD

Don’t hesitate choosing this Gerber location. We were told two weeks for repairs but they completed my repairs earlier. Vehicle looked phenomenal once completed. They even cleaned underneath my hood. Fast, Friendly, Reliable business. Not to mention the great job provided. Thanks Brandi, Don, Lou
