After putting over 265,000 miles on my 2007 Honda accord it broke down on me. Like anyone who has responsibilities, I knew it was time for a newer. From the time of my search, Gwinnett Place Honda has been amazing. Once I expressed interest, Zachary was on the roll. He was thorough, precise, and very welcoming from start to finish. When my mother and I came in, Zachary, Dominique, and Albert made the car purchasing process the smoothest process and the greatest experience ever! Collin was very welcoming upon our arrival. He was able to fully explain to us all the details and features of the vehicle we wanted. He even answered questions we didn’t even know we had. Collin truly and patiently sought to understand our needs and meet us at a beneficial point where we were able to save time and money on our purchase. He even went out of his way and contacted his manager, Dustin (without us requesting) in order for him to make us offers we could not refuse! Overall, we left Gwinnett Place Honda happier, not only because of the new vehicle, but also because we felt we entered into a lifelong business partnership due to Collin’s great charisma, patience and knowledge!

This review strictly applies to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, as I had an amazing sales experience during the purchase process...Heads up, very lengthy review, which in itself should show how extremely unacceptable, unprofessional and unpleasant my experience was. I made a 7:00 AM appointment for my new vehicle. The tire was not maintaining air pressure. I explained that I'd fill the tire, and shortly after, the low pressure light would come on. I made arrangements to drop off my vehicle prior to going in to work. I explained to the technician the issue I was having. He never asked me to exit the vehicle. He had me turn the wheel as he simply looked at the tire. He then had another technician check the pressure and add air. I was told to "just keep an eye on it". Not even 5 miles down the road, the light came back on. I continued on to work, as it was closer. I did not get the name of those 2 techs.After work, I called the shop. The issue could've been addressed had they kept the vehicle and thoroughly inspected it at my appointed time. I told them I would be bringing the vehicle in again the following morning. They told me no, they were booked for the day. They dropped the ball by not taking care of the issue in the beginning, then they tell me that I have to wait to bring it back in. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a manager. At first they told me there was not one. They placed me on hold, then told me they'd have Jae call me. To this day, I'm still waiting for Jae to call me back... While awaiting Jae's never received call, I called the shop again, as it was near closing. I was placed on hold again and then sent to the voice mail of Ronnie. To my surprise, considering how this had been handled thus far, Ronnie did call me back the same day. He was calm and professional. He listened, told me to bring in the vehicle the next morning and to ask for him personally. I was greeted by Myanh Nguyen and she called over Ronnie, as I'd asked. They were both accommodating and pleasant. Myanh took my information and provided me a shuttle to work. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I interacted with Orlando. He was patient and helpful. I went outside and noticed there were scratches on the driver side doors and on the rear of the vehicle. Those scratches were not there when I dropped it off. I went back inside and asked for Ronnie, but he'd left for the day. I was directed to Jae. Here the nightmare picked back up... Jae walked out to the vehicle with me and looked at the marks. He then began to tell me that the marks had already been there because there was dirt on them. Do you mean to tell me that a scratch can't occur on an area that has dust or dirt on it...? In any case, that was a lie. There was no dirt on the scratch because I'd already wiped over the area before I went back in to the shop, to see if they were surface or actually in the paint. I could not get them off. He literally stood outside, argued with me, talked over me and went back and forth with me that the scratches had to have already been there. He then says that they were not scratches, they were scuffs and that he could remove them. He pulls the vehicle back into the bay, returns with some spray and began to remove the marks from the paint. In the process of doing so, he also removed some adhesive residue from where the dealer sticker had once been. He then comes back to tell me that the "scratches" on the car were probably adhesive like from where that sticker was. So now he's really reaching and he's insulting my intelligence in the process. They were straight, black marks. Nothing about them made you think they would possibly be adhesive. And who puts stickers around their car like that? So he's steadily talking over me, arguing and trying to go back and forth. He continues giving me his opinion on what the marks could be. I walked in looking for a 2023 Honda Accord and walked out with a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. The dealership itself was nice. My salesperson, Ray was nice and was very helpful on negotiating prices. The only negative from my experience is the website inaccuracies. The main reason I walked out with a 2024 instead of a 2023 is the car I was looking at was in the shop. The other frustration was the website oversold the price for my car trade in. It was a $3K price difference. Gladly my salesperson helped me raise it up a little bit but still nowhere close to the advertised price. But other than that, I still enjoyed the dealership and the car I walked out with.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Gwinnett Place Honda and I was a returning customer. The customer service is exceptional and I truly felt valued by Martin and everyone else I worked with. Martin and the team really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal and that I was satisfied. I recommend working with Martin to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

A HUGE Thank You to Collin & Marquis for helping me purchase my first car. I’m a young buyer and have never been through the process before so I was extremely nervous. Collin made sure I understood every step and was extremely attentive. Marquis got me rates lower than my own bank and eased a lot of my concerns when it came to the loan payments. I had such an amazing experience at GPH. This service center has been one that my family and I have been going to for years and will continue to do. Jae Kim is someone who has always done a phenomenal job of going above and beyond to meet my needs and my families needs. I know I can always count on him and his service takes all the worries about of my experiences. That is something that is hard to find in this industry. Super thankful for him and all the great workers at GPH that do a fantastic job and always do the best work.

I most certainly appreciate Mr. Kelepha for his positive, upbeat attitude. I really like how he kept it real & was honest about my car. I was offered a fair price for my trade in and purchased my 1st new Honda Pilot Elite. My salesman Marcelin promptly responded to my request and was professional and very courteous. It has been so long since I have had my car I have forgotten what color it is. They have had my car for almost 6 months. I will NEVER use them again. Please go somewhere else. I ran over one curb and needed suspension work on my brand new Chevy Bolt EUV. They said parts have been on back order since June. Hahahaha so now every ten minutes it whenever I feel like it I'm seeing my alarm off remotely just to piss them off. FIX MY CAR

Referred by a family friend, I understood why they wanted me to meet him as Charles's professionalism and knowledge were evident. He patiently listened to my preferences, needs, and check list ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. He answered my too many questions, walked me through the car's features, and advised me various aspects that I should know as a fist time buyer.I also enjoyed the experience at the dealership as everyone was welcoming, the building was new and out and personally enjoyed the show room with coffee.

This review is specifically for the outstanding customer service performance Martin Emodi provided. I have been searching for a car for months now and Martin paired me with perfect match within my budget in minutes , and was so informative through out the whole process also very adamant in making me more than satisfied with my selection; not only did he find me the best car he was so charming, very welcoming and treated my kids as if they were his own.
