Hennessy Cadillac3377 satellite blvd, Duluth, GA 30096I am out of $2500 deposit i can’t not seem to get back and here is the story.I called the dealership around 8/3/23 and got in touch with Mr. Joseph who helped me put a $2500 deposit on an Escalade. On 8/4/23 I was still calling different dealerships hoping to find exact set up i wanted, which i did in NC. So i called Mr. Joseph and asked for the deposit of $2500 to be returned. I asked since it was just yesterday if he could either cancel the transaction or refund it back on to my credit card, in which he replied “yes we will refund it back on to your card”.I patiently waited until i called back on 8/15/23 and never heard back from Mr. Joseph, but ended up getting in touch with Mr. Cameron. He seemed confused and said that all refunds must be processed in payment form of check and should take 1-2weeks. I said ok and waited. On 8/30/23 after waiting 2 full weeks i called back and asked to speak with the finance department and someone i can’t recall a name told me he’ll check on it and call me back.On 9/6/23 i called back and got in touch with Mr. Garcia, who then told me that the “request for check” was never put in, which he did and it should’t take no more than 2 days at the most. Mr. Garcia told me that Mr. Joseph who was my sales rep would call me to confirm the address for the check to be mailed.Yesterday 9/12/23 i called and got left with “we’ll call you back”.Today 9/13/23 i called back at 9:00am and asked to speak with the GM, which i was told would not be in until 11am (later found out GM was out for the whole day). But the receptionist got me in touch with Mr. Holmes. He was nice and seemed helpful. He said the accounting does not open until 10am and asked to give him about an hour and he’ll figure this out for me he also gave me his direct line to be contacted. At 1:30pm, i sent Mr. Holmes a text message saying if the accounting is not responding to his request, please let me know so i can try this in a different route. He read the text message, no response. I called the dealership again at 2:30pm and all the receptionist could do was transfer me to Mr. Holmes again, which he didn’t answer. I called his direct line, rings 3 times then clicks. At 3:00pm, i ended up calling the accounting department and Ms. Cheryl(?) took the information and said she promise she’ll call me back. Which she did in 10mins and said someone from the dealership should be calling me back.At 3:43pm Mr. Holmes finally called back along with Mr. Garcia at 3:55pm and said the check was cut on 9/6/23 and it takes 7-10 business days to arrive, which i should receive it any day now. What happened to “Mr. Joseph will call you to confirm the address” at this point?I literally spent 6 weeks calling this dealership to finally hear i’ll have my money back soon. This has been one of the worst experience at any level of purchasing anything in my life. And NOT one person ever reached out to me, i was chasing around calling everywhere to be even heard.

It's almost midnight and I'm grateful to end the week with this amazing dealership. Fresh from LosAngeles, where I know GMs .... to Atlanta, working a deal by myself, entering year 4 after divorce. Jen was an angel and made the process easy and smooth. I'll purchase a second vehicle from Jen! Grateful !!! Special thanks to Rick, who helped with registering for a Georgia license and helping with the transport to the location. White glove service! Geoff, the friendliest in finance that I've met, next to my buddy Joe of Porsche (rest in heaven) Thank you to the entire team for helping this new Georgia Peach transplant purchase a beautiful car, after waiting for two years. The process and the move... was worth the wait! Cheryl The @unshakeablewoman

If I could give 0 stars I would, I don't know who the technician was that was attempting to work on my car for a power steering issue on an electric steering rack. They spent 2 weeks holding my car, the first week was waiting on a part, the second week was that after they installed the part which was a steering angle sensor they spent over 5 hours of time trying to figure out why the angle sensor they just replaced wouldn't calibrate to the car. They made me pick the car up saying that some of my modules are probably bad and they don't know what's wrong with my car and that it could get very expensive to fix if they kept diagnosing it. After doing hours of work doing wire tests and connector tests etc. I don't know who they hire to work on their cars now, it's a jaguar dealership and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with their own car! After towing the car back to my own personal shop and lifting it into the air, first thing I did was turn the wheels left and right with my hand and could damn near instantly tell that the steering rack itself was bad because the belt from the electric motor to the rack for power steering had ripped internally and got shredded on the inside of the steering rack. AVOID GOING TO THIS JAGUAR AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR AND KEEP IT FOR WEEKS BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO FIX IT AND THEN THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR THE UNNECESSARY DIAGNOSTIC TIME AND ALL OF THE UNNECESSARY PARTS THAT THEY WILL THROW AT IT UNTIL it fixes itself. Worst dealership and worst technicians I've ever seen. Can't even properly diagnose something before replacing a part and giving a customer the run around. If they get the smallest hint that you know nothing about your car and you just drive it they'll use that to their advantage for you to throw your money at it until it magically works, and just to add , my service advisor Elwin Palma tried to play me like an idiot and say that my car wouldn't calibrate the steering angle sensor for the sole reason that it has a rebuilt title and that the modules are not from the same car which was a complete LIE, I know about a lot more than these people thought and was able to repair the car myself in 3 hours of work. The only reason I had it towed to them is because I let someone borrow the car and I was out of town at the moment that it was broken down. Just thinking about this dealerships work is INFURIATING

If I can give 0 star I would. The customer service I got at this location is one of the worst by far! My car had a recall and so I had to drop it at this location since it was closer to me. Long story short it's been almost 3 months Still don't have my car back. The agent assigned to me, Piper Jackson, stopped updating me about my car. I had to call and beg for an update. I get it if the part is delayed, however I have been asking for a loner since November 2021 and I was told I was the 2nd person on the list for months. They still have my car and the last day I heard anything was more than a week. I'm so tired of calling this place. I had to call and call the agent who don't even care to respond. She has the worst customer service. I wonder if my car was new I would still be treated this way? Horrible service. I expected better customer service. I was told I get reimbursement for my rental and of course the company said my car is not under warranty either. They need to do better!!! Such a disappointment. I don't know how long I still have to wait to get it back like 3 months is not enough with no car. ?

Horrible customer service. Rude for no reason when I merely ask a question I'm confused about especially for a non- english speaker. It's as if they're discriminating.

Horrible customer service at Hennessy Cadillac the sales person Matthew Thorpe I worked with told me via text message that he would hold the vehicle I was looking at while my credit app was being processed. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission (i agreed to one credit pull) and then sold the car all before communicating to me my approval. One of the finance managers Katy Franks, hung up on me because she didn't do her job. The multiple times that I called in for updates she would always say the short staffing is the reason for the lack of communication.Im not upset about them selling the car, it's the disrespect and lack of professionalism.I reached out the the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred but he never returned my call.

Vince & Bill are some of the best people here. They sold me an accord at a fair price and they were straight forward. They made the buying experience pleasant and easy! Love this place!

This was my first experience with a Lexus dealership, and I was very disappointed. I had stopped by late on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I described the issue, he didn't know what it was and made the appointment. Come Tuesday, I arrive and talk to different service representative who tells me that my issue is normal for my car. Why didn't the first guy tell me that and save me a trip out there?? So representative offers me an inspection, and I accept. My car sat in the entrance queue for 45 minutes, running, before it was driven off. Not to the garage, but to the side of the dealership. An hour after I arrived, I leave with no paperwork saying what was done. Apparently, their "inspection" didn't discover that the car's computer needed to be updated, a free service as I understand. When I went to get in the car, they had left all the protection stuff in the car. (Seat cover, floor paper). In addition, I wanted to get the Lexus phone app activated but the "technology tech" wasn't in until later in the day. They promised he would call me first thing when he got in at noon, which he did.- the only good part of this story. But, he says I can't use the app unless I enroll in Enform, which costs $8/mo for the option I wanted, if you look on Lexus website, but costs $16/mo if you check the app. ??? Couldn't the first representative have told me that as well? And don't get me started on why I have to pay a monthly charge to access a feature on my PURCHASED car. I guess I'm lucky I don't have to pay a monthly fee for air conditioning. All in all, I wish I kept my Acura.

I saw an add for a brand new Jag at a stupid price and suggested we take a test drive. My wife was interested and decided to drive her hardly driven Elantra to the dealership. We were taken to the car and told that although it had 11k miles, it had never been titled. Ok. They were taking 25% off the original price so let’s go for a ride. It was to be my wife’s car so she drove. She liked it and offered the dealer a fair price. In cash. They balked. They looked at the car she drove up in started judging. She was willing to deal, but they thought they were dealing with someone that was out of their league. They kept asking if she was taking a loan for her offer and dug in their heals. They kept saying the ‘powers to be were not available’. Sad. Don’t open the doors if you can’t negotiate.
