Updated I have had my car for a year now. When to get my car looked at in November 2025 because when I told my truck off. the fan on the truck would still be going as if I had not turn it off. The an few times my stabilization light came on. I took it to get looked and told then what was happening. The look at my truck and told me they could not figure out what was wrong with my truck because the windshield was changed out and it was not the factory windshield that should be on the truck so they can not read any colds. I said that is not my fault I bought the truck like this. Either someone traded it in like this or you'll changed it and sold it to me this way. Regardless to me that would be the lot fault not mine. They said because of that my car would not be covered under warranty. I said ain't now way. I was told they was looking into it sat there in total about 4 hours and they could not tell me nothing. I Not even what was wrong with the truck to give me a option to fix it and get my money back. I left and said for them to reach out to me. Fast forward I reached out to GM because it is there warranty. After them trying to assist and no from the dealership has called me back or respond to my calls or email. They also reset my oil light without telling me and did not do an oil change. I told my truck to another Cadillac dealer and they fixed it no problem did not tell me anything about the windshield and all it needed was a thermostat. Now I get a text from them about a recall. This has got to be a joke.
Jay Chung. Most amazing sales person. Found the XT6 and closed the deal. Everything I asked for he made it happen. If you need vehicle he is the man to see.

Hennessy Cadillac Duluth – A Deal That Felt Like Sunday Dinner
I rang the dealership and met Dino Hill—thirty-six years with GM, voice like a porch light left on. He didn't sell, he listened. Walked me to a black Escalade ESV Premium Luxury Sport, let me sit in the quiet. Then came Tom Jernigan, sales manager—no tie, all calm. Numbers came out. Fair. I said too high. Tom looked me square: Alright. I'll knock off two grand. Right now. Not tomorrow. Right now. Done.
Victoria—my Tennessee-born, closet-designing queen—went with me several days later. One look and one conversation with Dino. One look at Tom. She said, These are good men, Jimmy.
Three days later, Mike Champion—never saw him, never heard him—fixed the math.
Kyle Shoemaker, credit guy, rolled up his sleeves and gave us commercial financing through our new company. Ten days or more total. No games. Just keys.
They could have sold this car more than once while we worked out financing and insurance.
Four decent souls treated us like family, not sales margin. If you're buying a Cadillac, skip the circus. Go where they will treat you with respect and honor. These gentlemen are now business associates I will purchase from again. Hennessey Cadillac is where we will procure our next fleet vehicle, and if Dino's free—tell him the next plate of barbecue's on me.

I came in before Christmas interested in seeing a CT-5 V, and to my surprise, one was sitting right in the showroom. What I did not expect was how hard the staff would work to prevent me from actually experiencing the car they wanted to sell.
I was asked for a down payment before I was even allowed to hear the engine. I was pressured to run my credit before anyone would show me the vehicle. The salesperson behaved less like someone trying to sell a car and more like someone trying to screen me out. I understand being cautious, especially in Atlanta. What I do not understand is treating potential customers like suspects instead of buyers. That attitude killed the sale before it even had the chance to start.
Thanks for revealing exactly what kind of business this is. You saved me from becoming one of your customers.

Recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from the dealership. Had the pleaser of working with salesman Carl Morrison and it was by far one of the smoothest processes I've experienced when purchasing a car. I traded in my vehicle. They asked me how much I wanted for it, I told them a price and they gave it to me with no hesitation. 10 out of 10. Ask for Carl Morrison, he's been there for 18 years!

I’ve got to say, this dealership is a class act.Tim K was fantastic work with and while I decided to walk, he understood and was not pushy at all. If you’re in the market, Hennessy Cadillac is a good option.

Set up an appointment with Daveon on a Saturday afternoon for a used model Y. Arrived at agreed upon time. Waited 20 minutes then another 5 minutes for them to find the keys. Went outside to the lot and was directed to a Porsche taycan. Subsequently left. No wonder dealerships are hated.

I called to enquire about a car that they had listed. They told me they still had it and wanted to know when I could come and look at it. I told them I lived about 45-60 minutes away and I would be there by 3:00. So I drove an hour to get there, walked in the door at 3:00. And they told me- oh my manager just loaned that car to somebody. But if you can stick around this side of town for a while I'll call you when it's back. Never heard from them again.
