Do not buy a car from this dealership! They only sell lemon cars. My car has repeatedly had its check engine light on and they offer no help. They never have any loaners available. Worst dealership I have ever worked with. If I could give zero stars I would.

The customer in the Service department is terrible. I set up my 1st service appointment 3 weeks ago for today. I get there and they tell me it’s going to be atleast 3 hours before they can get my car in the shop and started!!! How if you allowed me to schedule an appointment??! The advisor was not helpful at all and told me I can reschedule for tomorrow. Why would I want to reschedule for tomorrow and it might be the same situation. I don’t even live on this side of town , I’m 5 months pregnant and I took time off from work to be here today because I scheduled this is ADVANCE. I will not be back to this location.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this establishment deserves all the praise. I was blown away from the beginning to the end. Let’s start off with the facility. it’s clean, modern and has an inviting atmosphere. My agent Issac Dalton!, was the best, he was friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and the process went so smooth. It was from the first video he sent regarding my inquiry about the car. ( E-Pace ) that I knew I made the Right decision by choosing Jaguar of Gwinnett! I am very pleased.

We purchased a new Jaguar F-pace from this dealership last year, and had called to get some information regarding when the first service for our car was due. We were told to wait till closer to 20.000 miles, which is what we did. When we went in to get our car serviced last month, the service representative told us that our first complimentary service had expired, even though we were told to wait to come in. We were advised to contact corporate, because they would be able to help us with the complimentary service that had expired. We got in touch with corporate, and now we are being informed that we should have came in when we were at 16.000 miles, and there is nothing they can do about the service that expired, even though we were given wrong information when we called to ask about this. For a luxury car brand, the service Jaguar provides is pretty terrible. It seems like employees aren't on the same page and do not know their own policies. We have had Mazda's before we purchased our Jaguar, and have always had excellent service. This will be our first and last Jaguar.

I recently purchased a truck from salesman Sean and the process could not have been any smoother! Coming from out of town to make the purchase, he made sure to accurately describe the vehicle and send over all information needed. Could not recommend Sean more! Thanks Sean!

My Jaguar XE was totaled due to an accident so I called to inquire about a vehicle of my interest. I communicated to the salesman Chung "Tommy" Suh my current situation and gave him all of the information he needed to get me pre-approved well I got the notion that he didn't want to earn my business based off of the conversation. I was the one texting him to get an update and the conversation was really dry and he barely provided any info when he text back. Overall, I received a bad vibe so me visiting this location is a no go.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They're customer service in the service department is horrible. They lie and don't return calls. Very condescending. They never have loaner vehicles, they always state the loaner vehicles are reserved out for 3 plus months at a time. I was told one thing when I FINALLY got them on the phone and my husband was told something completely different. I'm still waiting for a phone call from Tuesday of this week. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. Of course nothing was wrong according to their tech who's been there 20 plus years. However customer service is a plus. Some lack it here at this dealership. They need to learn how to treat customers as customers and not just a number. The service representative need to be retrained in interpersonal skills and take the time to really research and relay to the techs exactly what the vehicle was brought in for. However this tech- he just go in circles when we do finally get him on the phone- he says things that doesn't even make sense and leads us to believe he didn't do what he said he was going to do and just make up a follow up response.

Been talking to Vidal all week just for him to run my credit and never give me a total to put down. The sales manager called my husband gave him a down payment and suggested we get a car loan . What a complete joke I had the money to buy the car if I wanted to. Told them I was coming 4 hours away and they still didn’t have everything correct or right for me. Went with a Mercedes instead

They don't even deserve a star. I spent over $5000.00 at this service center in Duluth for repairs, and when they returned my vehicle to me, my Key fob doesn't work with the car. Soo simple....I am too upset to write this. I hope that this negative survey warns those thinking of using this locations services.

I purchased a 2017 Jaguar XE. The purchase experience was a delight. From scheduling, test driving, price negotiation to follow-up afterwards. My sales rep Mary Cromer was professional all the way through the process and an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire showroom staff was pleasant and professional. The best part: over the weekend I discovered a significant door lock issue two days into my ownership. After talking with Mary on Monday she rallied the service department, got an appointment and even had the issue resolved at no cost to me. I DIDN’T HAVE TO ASK, QUARREL OR EVEN THREATEN TO GET THIS SERVICE!! I am some what amazed. If they keep this up they may have a customer for life! Go figure a car dealership with integrity.

Kip was so great ! Made purchasing my new Jaguar F-PACE so easy! Finance was made stress free thanks to Geoff Heeren. Would definitely recommend these guys and Hennessy Jaguar! Friendly and professional and so great to work with!
