“I travel to Atlanta every month on business. I used to stay at another hotel, but I haven't checked if their renovation is complete yet. As an alternative, I've been staying at the Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel. Although the property is a bit dated, it was decent overall. However, when I stayed on the first floor once, I spotted a cockroach and decided not to return. But because the location is so convenient for my work, I decided to give it another try and asked to be placed strictly on the third floor instead. Fortunately, I haven't seen any bugs since then. The front desk staff has always been very friendly, and I even remember an employee named Ron. My only complaint is that the price is a bit high for what it offers. Considering the overall quality, around $80 per night including taxes would feel much more reasonable.”

“Hello! I have been at the Extended Stay America in Duluth for several visits. Let me to you all Ms. Gloria (house keeping), Ms. Bim, Ms. Marie, and Ms. Tameka (front desk customer care), and Mr. Elon (over night customer care) are all Amazing. I love them all. They are so friendly. Every time I see them, they greet me with a warm smile. I enjoy staying here. The rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. I like the gym too. It is not busy and it is always clean. Thank you all for making my experience wonderful. Doris”

“I enjoyed my short stay at the Holiday inn. The staff were kind and generous to me. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in my room. The deadbolt and manual door stop were very comforting. The hotel was also super quiet which I appreciated. The gentleman running the breakfast buffet was kind when he approached me to ask for my room to make sure I was on the list (I wasn't, I barely know how prepaid breakfast works) but it would've been easy for him to be stern or angry with me. I was able to pay the $5 and easily enjoy their offerings. I would stay again. My room was comfortable. I slept like a brick. I think my AC struggled a bit but it wasn't insufferable. Location is nice. I love that it's so close to the arena but I still had plenty of parking options. Thank you Holiday inn!”

“Great Customer Service! My family and I stayed at Sonesta so we could be close to our nephew’s hotel and travel to Athens, GA, for the Vanderbilt game. Unfortunately, our first room was on a floor under construction, and the strong paint smell and dust were difficult for my children, who have allergies and asthma. Mae was incredibly kind and understanding. She worked with the manager, my apologies I forgot her name (Ms Beautiful Locs 🙂) on duty to help us find another room and even allowed us to look at the rooms before switching. That meant so much to our family! A huge thank you to Ms. Mae and Ms Beautiful Locs! You both truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
