“Upon arriving at this hotel, I thought I made a mistake when booking from the looks of the outside. When I walked in it was so nice and updated. Mrs. Abby, thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and getting me checked in really quickly for my weekend overnight stay. The room was clean, when I wiped it down with Clorox wipes it didn't pick up any dirt. I didn't have any issues with hot water, and there's several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The location is right off I-85 and there was breakfast that was served. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out was at 11am and parking was free.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but the level of customer service I’ve experienced under the circumstances needs to be recognized. I was on my way to Miami from California when I experienced and issue with my motorcycle. I was fortunate enough it happened in front of this hotel, who is fortunate enough to have a awesome lady by the name of Mae working the front desk. She was very polite, knowledgeable and compassionate during such a unexpected moment. The facility was very nice and clean to add, I would definitely stay here if your reading this. Ask for Mae if you do!?”

“I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days. On my first day, the front desk staff member Courtney was extremely helpful and professional. She quickly helped me find the room type I preferred and made the check-in process smooth. I also really appreciated the hotel environment — clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for, especially the walk-in shower (not a handicap one).
However, on my third day, I had a somewhat uncomfortable experience. I was told I could not fill my 600ml thermos with the complimentary water at the front desk and was asked to use small plastic cups instead. The explanation was that the chef was not available and that taking too much water might leave less for other guests.
I found this a bit confusing, as I was only filling a standard-sized bottle. In the end, I had to use multiple plastic cups to transfer water into my thermos, which felt unnecessary and wasteful.
I deducted one star specifically because of this experience, as it felt like an unreasonable restriction for such a simple request.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and some excellent staff like Courtney, but this inconsistency in service affected my experience. I hope management can clarify or improve this policy for future guests.”
“I came here with my 8 year old son. I felt very safe. The room was very clean an Smells so fresh. Nimisha was very kind. I must say she went above an beyond to make sure my stay here at the Motel 6 was everything I expected..Great!”

“This is a very good hotel. I have not gotten service like this in a long time. Each staff member that I talk to was complementary and willing to help me with everything. They also change my rooms because of a discrepancy with no problem. Even though they don’t have a bar or kitchen, they have coolers with reasonably priced foods and drinks, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Every room also has a kitchen and refrigerator.
Walkability: The location is in walking distance with sidewalks to several restaurants, including Korean barbecue, Bahama breeze, and a waffle house.”

“Room size is good, but lacks any noise cancelling! You can hear all the noise and sounds from other floors and aisle traffic. Breakfast is decent, but lacks variety. Swimming pool is not the greatest, lacks the clean water that you are looking for. Bugs and insects floating in the water.”

“I arrived around 2 am asking if any rooms were available, the concierge Ramy greeted me and quickly found a room for me. Great experience. Room was clean and well sized, breakfast was good for hotels. Would recommend and stay here again.”
