Great experience! Family-owned business (second and third-generation, father/son watchmakers) who genuinely care about their customers. Excellent alternative to having repair done by the mfg. In some cases faster (one mfg. actually referred me to them for quicker service on my automatic watch) and they offer the same warranty and use the same genuine mfg. parts. They're happy to answer detailed questions about their work. They've worked on two of my watches (Breitling and Cartier) and I'd use them again in a sweep second.

Great place for all your watch needs, whether you need a new battery, a strap for an old watch, or just want to buy a new watch, the service person is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend them.

I have been sending my watch repair business, to It's About Time
for the last 4 years.They have done cleaning , adjustments, water test, what ever was needed.I have 2 Lom-Nox watches, one is 20 years old the other one is about 6 years old. When they replace the batteries they use Swiss batteries , which is recommended by the manufacturer . They do excellent work, I am well pleased with all passed repairs, If there is a problem they call me, for more information about the repair, before they make it. They are in my opinion true watch repair professionals.

I have two very old Movado watches and service from James and Shabana at Its About Time in Johns Creek GA have kept them running for the past several years. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
