Worst experience by far at this location. Store hours open at night 10 am on Sundays. They didn’t open the doors until 10:15 then we couldn’t get anyone to the register. We had to go to the floor to ask them to come up to the front. By then there was already a line of 5 people waiting to check out. This is first thing on a slow Sunday morning. You’d save your time and sanity by just ordering online.

I’d give zero stars if possible. People at cutting counter are so rude and know nothing about customer service. North point is better. Gwen is the worst and the man is not much better.

This store feels very bare and not as well stocked as other stores. I also asked the cashier about price matching an item that was marked up double in-store than online and in other stores. The cashier was quick to tell me that they only price match their own store prices or prices on the Joanns app. That’s definitely not what Joann’s policy says. Their price match policy clearly states that they will match other brick and mortar businesses and any online ad/listing has to be from the actual store and not an “online only” promo or 3rd party seller. This is the only store where they were a)blunt and curt with me when I asked and b) didn’t even try to honor it. I wasn’t going to argue with them so I left the item.

Bought a sewing machine, and wanted to return it after the person I bought it for already had one. Was rejected return eventhough I had the receipt and the back of the receipt reads “ returns with a smile, you can return anytime with no hassle” they said they don’t accept returns on sewing machines but that is not mentioned anywhere.

Order online and do curbside pick up? The website is so misleading claiming to have items in stock so you can place the order and pay in advance before they really tell you it's out of stock. Luckily I was informed the next morning when they opened and then informed an hour after I attempted to place a second replacement order the item wasn't available. But if you're looking for free shipping, attempt curbside pick up and hope it's actually not in stock so you can get the free shipping offer thru email since your pick up couldn't be fulfilled.

I’ve always shopped here for supplies. Never had a bad experience except for today. It was my first time getting fabric from the rolls and gwen was very rude, aggressive and grouchy. Didn’t want to talk or even acknowledge me. I was nothing but polite. I was told that she has treated other customers the same way and honestly she needs to go. I will say the manager is nice and the young girl at cash register was very sweet.

Been coming here for many years. Walked in yesterday to look at fabric. Greeted employee walking from bolts of fabric back to cutting station. No response. Expression and demeanor seemed to reflect unhappy disposition. Once at cutting station, noted she did not smile at customers. Her conversation was limited to asking how much material needed etc. Employees at check out stations always seem friendly and still are. Not sure if working conditions are not as good as it used to be or maybe she was not having a good day. Left without making purchase.

Manager needs improvement. It probably explains the staff turnover. Returns are tricky. I was told a Return would be accepted on a lamp with a receipt. 8 days later I brought it back and was told "the policy just changed this week" and it is now considered final sale. So dishonest! Buy lamps or anything with a cord directly from the manufacturer instead. The lamp I bought here has a better Return Policy on the manufacturer website.

I always love a trip to a craft store. This time, I was looking for embroidery floss. They had a huge selection of colors so that was good, but there were no prices posted, and the colors were all jumbled up. I'm sure it customers too lazy to match the number on the skein to the number on the bin, maybe the store can assign someone to 5S the section in the morning before opening and halfway through the day. Also, when we were checking out, the cashier didn't ask if I had the app or wanted to check in to the store (to get points toward discounts through the app.) Apparently you can't check in to the store after she's run your credit card. I will go back because they have good sales.

They have great prices, great sales, and a good selection. The reason for the low rating is their online order store pickup process. As stated on the website, same day pickup if ordered by 3PM. I ordered some items yesterday around 2:45, I wasn't upset when it wasn't ready same day since I was on the late side of their window. But now, over 24 hours later, it still isn't ready. This has happened twice. I love the option to order online due to being able to double check fabric specs, amount needed, and be able to search their huge selection and what stores have what. But it's bad business to advertise "same day pickup" and not follow through.

Came in for a few fabrics. Only needed small cuts, no problem. Associates made finding what I needed easy! In and out quick, but a wonderful place if you're into design and fabrics.

I have never been in a store where they purposely leave lights off during store hours. I feel sorry for the employees here. I feel like I strain my eyes after just a few minutes so I can’t even imagine who it feels after an 8 hour shift. Are you trying to save money??? I’ve heard of pinching pennies, but there are definitely limits my dude.

Well stocked, friendly staff, needs lights repaired too dark to pick out yarn colors. Still not enough lighting, big clearance sake on yarn. Update, still needs lights repaired, lots of Black Friday deals but they seem to have a free standing heating unit up front now. Am afraid Joanns is going to close this location since they don't seem to want to provide maintenance, real shame as the personnel here is very nice and helpful.
