Did a good job moving my stuff but not transparent on prices at all. Was quoted $165 and ended up charging over $600 for 2 movers to move a small amounts of bedroom furniture from my uhaul. Not good.

Do not use this provider! If any of your property is damaged by the movers they will immediately put the blame on you when you try to resolve the issue. There’s no insurance or reimbursement of any kind.

I had intentions to leave a great review after the customer service I received from the movers and representatives. The day of the move was rescheduled last minute to the day before in the late afternoon which caused complications for my storage and the move entirely. I was forced to discard of my desk due to the lack of notice in the change of dates and time of the move. However, after having the movers move my items into my storage I learned that the storage door is not able to be opened and my items are not retrievable. I called to ask if I could have one of the movers assist with the adjustment, and was told they would charge me to adjust the items to have access to my storage. I was informed by Bianca that because Joe the mover said I wasn’t there they had to stuff my items in the storage how they could fit it. Mind you, I gifted items to Joe and tipped well out of the kindness of my heart. I had a broken leg during the move and my employers rushed to hire this company to assist moving me out. I understand that mistakes are made but this will cost me more money for damages not only to my items but also to the storage door. This company will not lean in an assume responsibility for damages or ill packing on their part. They also damaged the floors of my employers home after I asked if the porch was ok because it had been cured.

I hired Joyy Mover's LLC for loading and unloading a 26' truck for a local move. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but both of the gentlemen sent to load and unload my belongings were very professional, punctual and speedy! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for moving assistance.

I would not recommend them to anyone. We had to use them through our insurance company after a tree fell on our house and they were then worst, when they packed up our stuff to move it out they just threw things into backs with nothing making sense. They also peeded in my tub when we have a working toilet. When they brought the stuff back things were damage and broken. We are also missing a bunch of kitchen stuff, my wedding band and other things as well and when we paid extra to have insurance and we called so many times to report this all they say is oh well and call the insurance company but won’t give us the name or number to call them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

called three different times and spoke to agent each time, emailed and filled out request but could not get anyone to send me a quote. Very frustrating experience

My experience with Joy's Movers was extremely smooth and efficient. From the initial consult with Maria to the unloading at our new house everything was done exactly as described. They packed everything with the proper supplies and moved very fast. I would highly recommend this company to service your moving needs!

severe damage to several furniture pieces- I have before/after proof (time-stamped), showing the time as occurring DURING the time of the move while on-the-clock. I took video showing the damage occuring live while movers were still on-site.
Management told many lies, before / after the move. Workers did not speak English, yet I was promised they would before I confirmed. There was a lot of communication barrier- they did not follow ANY instructions or written labels on fragile boxes. Threw fragile boxes off top of a 3-story balacony on to the ground, after I told them to stop. Management did nothing to compensate for any damage- refused communication; they fabricated fake evidence trying to claim I had damage before the move. Lawyers told me I have a very strong case.

-Did not wrap furniture well to protect
-I told the scheduler 3+ times I needed the larger truck, they did have available. They refused; truck was not big enough.
-Left heavier items + furniture I told them several times to move from the start- repeatedly moved light things I told them not to, which filled the truck more than it should have
-1 mover did not understand ANY English
-only option is to pay extra for “insurance”
-broke many plastic boxes
-stacked WAY to many heavy boxes on their back straps- 3 times+ dropped it!
-broke my $5k glass table + a wheel fell off that is entirely un-fixable according to a repair shop
-chipped a ton of paint / very visible scratches in many places on every furniture piece
-only focused on things I repeatedly asked them to leave for me to handle after. Every few minutes I had to ask them to only take difficult items or packed boxes. Refused to tape any boxes or wrap easy things, even though the company assured me they would do these things I am listing here at no extra cost.
-Threw boxes and fragile items from balcony into a large box to try to take that big box at one time, even though the truck was parked ~15 ft from these stairs.
-Dumped many packed boxes- everything spilled out. They moved these out of the way instead of taking them like I asked, after they told me they could fill the truck with boxes, then do these 2 dressers last.
-gaslit me. Lied and said they didn’t cause scratches I SAW them do, dragging things across wood tables. I warned them all my furniture was extremely expensive + repeatedly asked them to do things they refused to do.
They showed picture claiming scratches were already there at the start, to avoid responsibility- you could not even see the marks he referred to, and I watched him take pictures ONLY after they caused damages.
-my parents bought them lunch, yet they still were standing idle a large part of the time, even though I made it clear there were many things I wanted moved that there was still room for. Refused to move easy things I asked them to several times, instead wasting me extra hours by taking lightweight items. They agreed to help my Dad fill a Uhaul HE had to buy that day, but then ran off and hid in their truck.

Great experience with Joy’s movers - reservation was easy, friendly and professional - the quote was fair and ended up being exactly what I expected the total to be - the movers were respectful to me and my belongings as well as being right on time - an easy and pleasant move! Thank you!!!
