ENT department Sai (nurse) and Dr Stacey B (P.A.) are Excellent. They give superb service. I really appreciated how thorough they are and explained everything from the process to the machine/equipment. They made me feel at “Home” ?

Well, I have always liked Kaiser because of their one stop approach to all and everything to do with healthcare. That's why when I retired I went with some other insurance company but I was miserable so obviously I returned home to Kaiser. I love that all the staff more or less are helpful and accommodating. Moreover they provide good services under one roof. The ENT department are awesome Dr. Chung is a very skilled doctor who has helped me so much when I was not able to hear. Love Kaiser Permemante!!

Truc and Pete were awesome. They listened to me very well and were able to quickly diagnose my health issue. Truc was really fun to talk to; he helped keep the atmosphere calm and enjoyable!!!

I love this location! I’ve never had an issue or found myself getting upset when interacting with the staff. Everyone I came in contact with are friendly and supportive. I definitely recommend checking this location out for healthcare providers.

Had an ultrasound scheduled today at 32 weeks. My technician, Marie Riedel, was the absolute sweetest! Now, I’m sure they say this to all the mamas, but it was sweet hearing positive things about the baby (his features are so cute. He’s such a pretty baby etc) haha. We also had a great conversation which made the ultrasound go smooth and not awkward. Marie is such a people-person and I hope I can get her again anytime I need an ultrasound in the future!

Jimmy Robbins is Amazing!! I was super anxious , fearful & apprehensive having to be at urgent care BUT Jimmy Robbins eased all my anxiety & fears. Jimmy was very professional & exact! He was gave specific after care instructions & was overall fantastic . We definitely need more health care professionals like Jimmy !!! I feel elated & relieved after being in his care . I prayed before & am Thsnkijg God now that He sent me the proper professional !!!
