Giovanni Ventura was incredibly helpful with helping me get my tire patched when I had a leak. I was also able to get my tires rotated as well. J C was my technician, and they were able to get everything done within a short amount of time. Giovanni was very transparent and honest in communicating the price and expectation around the amount of time needed for the service. It’s a great relief to have gotten my tire fixed so quickly, efficiently, and with a great price.

I’ve been coming to this location for my oil changes and tires for years.
Each time the service and staff have been top-tier.
Being that “I’m just a girl” driver - there’s been many visits lol I love that they don’t try to run one over because of this factor.
Always been honest and accommodating every time.
Giovanni, Al & Chris helped me today and I would like to state they are quite knowledgeable and hospitable.

Kasey and James(the shop manager) were very attentive to my needs. I was working in this side of town coming from Southside and my tire started to wobble. I thought I had a flat or nail , however Kasey quickly diagnosed my problem to tires needing to be balanced! They took care of me right away no wait! Made me feel safe at ease for my 2hr ride in traffic back to the Southside!

Do your own research before getting any extra services here.
I came in for a flat tire fix and brake check. The process was smooth and easy, and for that part, I’d actually recommend them. However, things took a turn when I asked about an inspection and was told I needed a brake fluid flush and a power steering flush. The stall manager said the fluids were dark and dirty, so I agreed, since I’ve heard from other mechanics that my brakes could use a flush and I finally had the time.
But I was skeptical about the power steering flush. When I got home and did some research, I learned that my 2017 Honda Accord EX has electric power steering, meaning there’s no power steering fluid to flush in the first place. So… what exactly did they flush?
It really made me feel like they are taking advantage of someone who’s a newbie or inexperience. That experience definitely broke my trust.
TLDR: Flat tire patching was quick and good, but do your own research before agreeing to any upsells.
Update: I did go back and got a refund for the power steering flush service, so I appreciate them making it right. Still, I’ll only be back for emergency tire fixes on Sunday, not maintenance.

I came in for an oil change and alignment, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, fast, and explained everything to me clearly. My car drives so much smoother now, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend, I will be back.
