I would really like to wait for my most sincere complaints with the pharmacy area. The majority of the people who are in customer service are extremely arrogant and unhelpful when it comes to attention. They always have an attitude of not solving and treat customers in a contemptuous manner and do not provide a solution to those of us who come here for our medicines. I want to remind you that Kroger is not doing me a favor by placing a store here for people to buy, on the contrary, customers decide to come and buy in this store. But if the employees believe they own the store and treat customers badly, what could happen? And I am very sure that the owner of Kroger would not treat me like these employees do. This situation has already happened on several occasions and I had not wanted to leave it in writing, but today it exhausted my patience with mistreatment.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff at this Kroger pharmacy. I transferred my parent’s all prescriptions to RX Universal pharmacy. I am surprised why Kroger administration doesn’t act to fix this pharmacy staff problems!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! I will be switching to a different pharmacy. For the past three years I have consistently experienced the worst customer service from this pharmacy!!! Extremely unprofessional, non caring staff!!! I don’t expect this from a reputable company!!!

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and callous treatment at a pharmacy as I did at this Kroger location. Our doctor called in a prescription and was repeatedly put on hold, eventually leaving a voicemail. When my girlfriend went to pick it up, the staff claimed the doctor didn’t provide the NPI number, despite multiple calls and the voicemail.
When the doctor called back, the pharmacy tech, Amara, unknowingly left her line unmuted and made disparaging remarks about the doctor, calling them “so stupid” and giggling. This behavior was shocking and deeply inappropriate. The pharmacist, Tam, refused to acknowledge the situation and seemed to defend this unacceptable conduct. Even after informing the store manager, no resolution was offered.
This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially at a pharmacy where trust and care are critical. I would strongly advise others to not go here.

there are just no nice people. it's so bizarre. hating your job is perhaps the most understandable thing imaginable, but I'm like 0 for 32 or something on pleasant interactions. you're distributing medication to people who require it (and probably don't want to). just be like "hey how's it going?" or something.

The staff here are all mean people. When I say all, I mean all. This is unacceptable and disappointing that a nice Kroger has these type of characters representing their brand!

They have a lot of flamin hot items, but none of the Fritos we were looking for. They even have the Zapp's jalapeño here. Assorted small bags of flamin hot flavored snacks too.

This is for the Pharmacy only. I went up to drop off window and 5 employees see me but NONE say a word or acknowledge me. I stand there a while longer but nobody says a thing so I leave. I know pharmacies have low paid interns or students but still. To just ignore people when none of the five are on the phone and there is no other customer in sight is really really BAD.

This staff is helpful and attentive. Specifically pharmacist Joe. This pharmacist went above and beyond to help me understand prescription and specific dosage which was prescriber error. I have been coming here for years but will continue to come specifically because of this pharmacist.

Went into this kroger like i always do at least 3x a week and i usually go through self check .... today 8/11/23 i had a bit more stuff so i decided to go through a regular line and all i have to say is the cashier at the front GABBY !!! was very rude ! she acted as if she hated her job and i was the one who forced her to work there .... didnt even say thank you have a nice day nothing at all! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHR ONE !NOW SONIA AT THE MEAT DEPARTMENT IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL !! PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE ALWAYS SO DANG NICE TO ME AND MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS ARE TAKEN CARE OF 5 STARS FOR SONIAAAAA!!!!!!! always come back just to see her !
