This Kroger is super convenient and I have been shopping there consistently for the past year and a half. Over that time customer Service has consistently lacked. I don’t expect much from a supermarket experience, but they’ve consistently gotten pick up orders incorrect, their parking lot is always sketchy because there are panhandlers that follow you to your car, and the employees treat you as an inconvenience the few times you do need help. They must be a high theft store because the one return I’ve ever made here was called into question, and I was merely trying to change a bag of oranges that were moldy in my pickup order for a bag that was not moldy. I brought my receipt, and it was the very next day. I also had a pharmacy employee yell at me during due to a mistake she made, when I was polite to her the entire transaction. After that I won’t be back to this Kroger. It’s not worth the stress and the concerns of safety in the parking lot.

Because I bought alcohol, the screen was frozen, so a staff member near the self-checking machine opened it after checking my ID, but it didn't open it perfectly. I had to wait until the staff member looked after me, and she was helping another customer. I feel a little upset, but the staff member didn't apologize and only said okay. She was very rude. The staff member was a middle-aged white lady with glasses on.

The cashier charged for the same thing twice, so when I told him, he canceled it and went away without saying sorry. He looked like a person with hyperthyroidism. His name is steve or steven

Allow me to introduce myself—I am Steven Garcia. I transferred from the Cincinnati Ohio headquarters Kroger to this store location. I am dedicated to addressing the issues you've raised with my managers and working collaboratively to find solutions. It is crucial that we adhere to our guidelines and prioritize our customers' needs above all else.
I want to emphasize that all associates, across all departments, should remain focused on serving you—the customer—rather than on themselves or each other. To continuously improve, we participate in daily five-minute training sessions aimed at enhancing our customer service skills.

I thought I was purchasing a 64 ounce bottle of apple juice for $2.29. Instead, it was nearly double the cost. Apparently, the deceptive signage REQUIRES you to buy at least three items. The sign didn't say the boat would reduce to $2.29 WHEN you buy three. Instead, it said that you may (optionally?) mix & match that and other items to save $2.
The customer service desk was show mensuration she wasn't there and when I returned, she was rather dismissive. While she attempted to explain the discount, she did with no empathy.
I don't like deceptive sales tactics. Just do good business and people will come!

I always love coming to this location. They’re quick to match a price if something is labeled inaccurate. Also, Steven is absolutely amazing - so kind and always making sure I’m doing well when I stop by.

Clean Kroger, selection is good and about average for Krogers. Free charging was the main draw for this one over others

Kroger is in middle everything in Duluth and JC which makes it convenient. What don't care for about Kroger is when have digital coupons and they do not honor them. Why advertise something and not on it especially if there any issue with you system. Make no sense. This how they reel people in. Most of their employees don't know where things are if have a question/and things are located in wrong section to often.

Buying things is okay, but returning things takes 60 minutes! Also they don't have a receipt, no refunds allowed Unbelievable on their work efficiency at customer service.
