I walked in and asked for a price menu and the woman im assuming was the owner with the TERRIBLE makeup said they didn’t have one. I told her I wanted a mani and pedi and throughout the duration of my time there, that woman gave me at least 5 different prices for services. Lol but it was empty walking in and I assumed she needed it more than I did so I didn’t say anything. While I’m there with headphones on she steady attempts awkward conversation showing me a photo of herself looking like an African American woman and saying and I quote “the black people think this is a pretty picture” I just nodded 😂 I don’t know what her nationality is but she was speaking a foreign language with the other women. That was totally out of pocket. Idk if she’s cosplaying as a black woman or what but shawty was strange! I get to the register and my services came up to like $127, do you know this woman leaned over the desk to see if and how much I was tipping her 😕 like baby calm down. I tipped $10 that she didn’t deserve and she gave a dry ass goodbye. Never again! My nails were press on quality they started chipping and breaking after 24 hours and they put more gel coats on one of my feet than the other so you can actually still see my toenails on the right side. It’s cool though because I’ll never return, this is what happens when you’re trying to waste time waiting for someone 😂‼️ this place is trash 🗑️ BASURA

I don't know how they still stay open. They don't treat their customers with a welcoming feeling. 96% of their customers are African Americans but you don't feel comfortable being there. I wish they would realize that without their business they can't stay inoperation. African American women should find somewhere to go because there are other nail salon that will welcome you and are genuinely make you feel like you belong. Women that goes there to get their nails fill is treated like they don't have the time. Why because you are spending any money of Substantial. I will not be going back to this joint. You can't even go there to relax all that chatting chatting in their own language drive you bananas, you can't even go to a relay. Ladies spend your money where you feel relax and appreciated.

I wanted to like this place so bad i just came here Friday and got a color change on my toes. The lady who was doing them made them French tips very chunky and i had to keep telling her how to do them. After awhile i gave up and just settled cause im new to the area. When i spoke up about it hoping id get a new person. But they just told her what i meant and she still didn’t correct it. I paid and now my nails are chipping and paint is coming off on day 5 / 6. Which for gel nails is unrealistic and not normal. I don’t see chipping at any other salon I’ve been too after less than a week. When i called to complain yesterday, the owner spoke to me as if its was my fault because its been almost a week. As i stated gel chipping that early is not normal. I just wanted them to repair the toes but by the tone in her voice i knew she didn’t believe me nor want to fix it. I will not be coming back

Let me just say..I like my nails..which is why they get the second star... The review isn't the best because I watched a lady receive more customer service then I did ..while also being charged less... And while I would like to think race was not the issue between her set and mine that seems to be the only distinction ., my set was $60 ..never paid that much for a short set before ..while hers was 45 I know because I set in the first chair and the computer was clearly visible
I also was charged 52 for my feet ..and I got acrylic on the big toe and the woman who did my feet really did a good job... But there was a different person who put the acrylic on and she sat me at the nail table and had me put my foot on her lap to finish my foot which I wasn't a huge fan of.and while going back and forth she had my bare feet on the cold floor .. I hate that I was over charged because I believe in being a loyal customer and like I said I like my nails but I can't get over the fact that I was charged $30 extra for the same service of someone else

Generally it's a good place, never a wait, nice staff but the lady that did my pedicure just couldn't match my big toes. This is embarrassing I will literally wear socks until I have to get my toes done again. Not sure if I'll be going back here!

This place was so unprofessional. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. 15 years of getting my nails done across the country, and in several countries. The woman who owns the place kept barking orders. It took 45 minutes for them to remove the gel off my feet, and an hour and a half for them to remove acrylic from my hands. When I left, I still had acrylic on my hands. The picture speak for themselves. She’s in charge of the full price, $45 and I left with this. Terrible.

I had the worst experience here in the entire history of getting my nails done. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. I have no idea how the lady was cleaning my feet with the steel flat head tool, but she cut my big toe right in the crease , on the side of my big toe nail until there was blood coming out. I had them switch out the nail tech so someone else could finish my feet, so that they can at least look decent for me to walk out (cutting cuticles and my calluses and there was the exfoliant that they put on my leg), all the while the salon manager was trying to convince me that the cut wasn’t a big cut. I couldn’t believe it. In the end, I told the new nail tech on my feet to not put any nail polish on my feet because I didn’t want to infect the cut since it was deep. I had to argue them up and down to get 50% off of my half done pedicure because they still tried to charge me full price. The cut is so bad that I am limping and i can still feel pain in my toe. I do not normally write reviews but I have had enough and this salon is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. I don’t wish this kind of experience on anyoneServices: Pedicure
