Will was an absolute lifesaver during a very stressful eviction process. From the start, he took the time to carefully understand our situation and communicated with clarity about the entire process. What stood out most was his ability to manage a difficult tenant with such professionalism and empathy. This tenant was not paying rent, lying about their plans to leave, speaking rudely and failing to cooperate overall. Will has several years of experience and has completed dozens of evictions so he’s able to quickly read signals that a new investor may easily miss. We could come to rely on Will’s judgement and feel assured that he was handling the situation. Will meticulously and successfully executed on the timeline he set out. Don't waste your time on this company, I live out state and I contacted Mr will on August for a eviction, did all the paperwor, he say he file my eviction. But a month later I call the court and they say that there was no cas file , call him and he say he was sorry and I took it as anyone could do a mistake, and proceeded with everything, but weeks went by I ask him if he knew when was court date, he ensured me that when he got court he had a lawyer to represent us. Needless to say, he didn't show up for court and my case is close and wasted almost 3 months, don't know what he does for living but eviction is not one of them. He's reviews are probably from family members or friends. He is very irresponsible, texted him doesn't answer.

Will at Local Eviction did an absolutely incredible job. I couldn't have done this eviction without him. He dealt with a completely insane family we had to evict with complete professionalism. I'd recommend Local Eviction to anyone. They are communicative, on time, courteous, and thorough. If you have a tough eviction, talk to Will.

We Scheduled this company to evict my Aunt’s ex husband who was squatting and court ordered to leave. After confirmation they would be able to do the job we get a call the day of the eviction about 10 mins before they are supposed to be there and they cancel. We have to turn away the locksmith, the cleaners, and the Sherriff because of it. The rescheduling was cancelled due to rain and the Sherriff will not evict people in the rain. We called the movers over an hour before the scheduled time as well as text. When we called and text later that day to confirm the new date we were told verbally and via text that it was no problem. He understood and would be at the house for the next appointment. Fast forward to yesterday we called and text to confirm everything was still on for this morning, got no response and no call back. This morning we call and the owner says oh I thought that was handled, if I have to send someone it will be 30-40 minutes. When we asked who told him it was handled and that we would now have to cancel because of it his response was well the list you sent us wasn’t that much to move you should be able to do it. Seriously?!?! My aunt is an almost 70 year old woman not likely she and I can lift and move 2 couches and carry them upstairs. So now we have to reschedule yet again and continue to inconvenience and pay cancel fees to the other people we had hired to get this eviction done today. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a company and has caused so much time and stress for us. Would not recommend and I am wondering how they got any of these 5 star reviews!
