Living with a disability is hard enough so when you are blessed with the care from a service animal it's truly wonderful. Having care for your disability is not just a privilege but a RIGHT and my SERVICE ANIMAL was INJURED here leaving profusely bleeding, no apology BY manager OR and incident report made that day or even week. Their higher ups call me to apologize and say they will do whatever to aid BuT then I get a call saying " we will send a courtesy of 300$ but will not be covering the vet bills of your service animal because he is PERSONAL property and we aren't LIABLE for DAMAGES done to personal property ". What kind of disrespect is that? You could have offered money but you had to belittle the existence of my SERVICE ANIMAL and his life to that and nit even take accountability?Oh this establishment is poorly run, managed and hazardous to all forms of life including personal property! Now I have a disabled service animal/personal property.Disgusting.

My family and I went to Macys in Gwinnett Georgia. We met Barabra in the fine jewelry section, and she assisted us with purchasing three beautiful rings. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We are really fortunate to have met her because when we originally went to Macy's located at the Mall of Georgia (July 2023), we encountered racism and discrimination in their fine jewelry department. Jewelry pricing should not be based on ethnicity, race, or gender! Thank you, Barbara, for providing exceptional service!

Gwinnett Place Mall will always be a historic landmark for my childhood and teenage years. Now its just a dead zone. Department store of Macy's is had stood the test of time. Backstage was added about four years ago. Prices are great for out of season items. Beats dodging the crowd and unorganized stores, such as Burlington and Ross. Both great stores but always understaff, especially at the check out. Backstage Macy's is great.

Well, well the once great and mighty Gwinnett place mall has been reduced to this, most would figue if you've seen one Macy's you've seen them all. Not so much anymore, this is a dead, dead mall. While you can find a few items here and there. Don't come here if you are looking for something specific. The staff who were there are okay, and I can't say that my experience was as bad as Anna P. If you have the time travel elsewhere to get your Macy's fix on.

I was at this location on 6/18/22. Checkout lines on the main floor were long so I decided to checkout through the upstairs backstage area. The cashiers got annoyed at me first because the barcode on one of the items was a little hard to scan and asked me if I really needed to purchase that item. I had a macys gift card that I wanted to get rid off so I let her know that i was going to split my payment with two cards and I wanted a specific amount on each card. She told me she can't do that and told me just to pay with my macys card after explaining she just told me the only way for me to checkout was to pay it all on one specific card or the macys card just because she was too lazy to make it as a split payment. Ridiculous! I shouldn't have to decide how I pay for my stuff depending on what their mood is!

My buddies and I were exploring this mall looking for stranger things and this Maceys was located inside it. We walked around and looked at the displays and clothes and shoes. Nothing to great and it was pretty run down. this entire place needs to be revamped

Macy's located in Georgia attached to and located next to the Gwinnett mall which is now more famously known as the star court mall from the stranger things show. Me and my buddies were admittedly in the area to see the star court mall and when the front doors were locked we decided to go next door to Macy's to see if we can get a better glimpse. Which was successful. While the doors were locked you did get a great view both upstairs and downstairs of the mall Outside of that it was a traditional Macy's that was rather large. Some nice clothing and hit and miss prices. Store was very clean and the workers had a solid presence. Place wasn't very crowded at all. Overall was a solid trip.

Face masks, and social distancing is a must. Macy's is my favorite place to shop, so I came here to pick up some items for myself and my family. I purchased some really cute Michael Kors sandals, I bought my son 2 Polo outfits and my husband didn't see anything, so he didn't get anything. The store had a great sale, so a lot of items was not in place. I wear a 7-1/2 in shoes, so I was able to purchase the sandals I wanted. They are bringing in lots of spring wear, so I purchased my son a polo shirt and shorts and also a hoodie and sweat pants. I walked the entire store, upstairs and downstairs. My only complaint is, if you're purchasing items and nobody is there to cash you out, if you go to another department, they don't like ringing you up. I witnessed the employees turning 2 customers away. That's NOT customer service. I definitely won't be returning, because this isn't the Macy's I shop at. But, you will find many items here. I'm glad I did visit. :-)

Metasebia has no customer service skills whatsoever. Other than her there are a nice selection of clothes and other items there.

I went to the MAC department at this Macy's store and had an awful experience. I was in the area for 5 minutes just trying to find help. I didn't bother any of the women doing make up because I didn't want to distract them but one of them who I thought was kind asked me if I needed help with anything so I told her exactly what I was looking for she then she proceeded to tell me she had no idea what I was talking about and to make matters worse in the middle of me talking to her she called over another customer when I was in mid sentence who stood in front of me and they proceeded to have a conversation. I asked another women who was walking by if she could point me in the direction of the display so I could purchase a particular product and try the same product in a different shade and she told me she was too busy. So I went to the checkout counter and waited for a while and no MAC employee even acknowledged my existence. CAN YOU BELIEVE I SAW THE SAME WOMEN WHO HAD JUST TOLD ME SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO POINT ME IN THE DIRECTION OF A DISPLAY. I saw her grabbing something from behind the register for another customer so I kindly asked if there was anyone who wasn't busy that I could point me in the direction of the display because I at least want to try on a lipstick while I waited. And she rolled her eyes at me and replied to me oh am I not moving quick enough for you. I told her no I just know your busy and I just wanted someone to show me the display so I could see if I wanted to purchase an additional color. She then proceeded to call someone over to help me and she takes the time out to introduce herself as a manger and ask me my name, she asked me what I needed and I said I'm sorry I didn't ask to speak with a manger but if your not busy maybe you can help me I told her I just wanted to purchase 2 tubes of lipstick but while I wait I would like to be pointed in the direction of a display so I could try on another. She then told me well this is what's going to happen I'm going to let her help you whenever she's done. Why even come over to the counter Why go through that while dialog all that time wasted she could've showed me where the lipsticks were. So finally the women is ready to help me she grabs the lipsticks and rings me up but didn't even do the main thing I asked for I just wanted to try on the lipsticks so I could see if I liked another color honestly after I tried the shade on I would've left and purchased online. Very rude people who don't listen to what customers It's always like this at this particular MAC counter. Either skip this Macy's MAC or order off line because unless you have a full face of make up or are spending tons of money they are not going to show you any respect as a human being. At Macy's in general every singe person was nice to me expect for the ladies of MAC. The show department ladies were extremely nice with assisting with price adjustment and new purchase but I'm keeping the review at a one star because I shouldn't be made to feel as less than at a make up counter and it really ruined my experience.
