The place is close to being shut down, feels empty. The staff won’t bug you for sales and is friendly.

Had been to the cologne section recently, there was only one person at the counter who did not seem to be interested in helping..
I am not sure why the sample spray is not left out like other Macy stores so we can try it ourselves instead of waiting for somebody.. such a waste of time. Had a very bad experience, would never return to the cologne section at this location.

Gwinnett Place Macy's was easy access, plenty of free parking. Not very many people downstairs, but the cologne section was very busy. Employees very friendly and helpful and even corrected a price error for me.
