I have owned three Medtronic dolphin Pool vacs. The latest one broke after three months. Returned it to Maytronics For repair. After hours on hold learned that repairs would take 2 to 3 weeks. Terrible customer service would never recommend using them again.

Robin at the Duluth GA Maytronics service center went above and beyond to help me with parts so i could get my Dolphin pool cleaner up and running again! Wish there were more people like her in the world that have compassion for helping people out! She’s a keeper and has made me a customer for life!

I have a 2 year e-10 robot out of warranty and the power button stopped working. Contacted Maytronics on messenger and within 5 minutes they had agreed to ship me a replacement no charge. Wow will now be a customer for life ? Great service
