“Exceptional service and great help was provided by Khalid when we were waiting for our PCR test results. Initially, we did not pay the fees for the expedited services and were within the 48 hour timeframe of travel. Some unfortunate circumstance occurred and our test results were not received a few hours before our travel time. Luckily we got in touch with Khalid and after his multiple efforts of trying to assist he was able to assure us that HE would personally see to get this resolved.
