This place is going downhill. They use less and less water, and doesn't clean the hood. I have to come home and clean the hood myself. There were still some spots on the side of my car too. Will look for another place.

I have been taking my car to be washed for several months, due to members who purchase membership. Good attention, the service is very fast. Sometimes cars are not washed well. Good staff, there are also exceptions, as in everything.

I have a monthly membership, so its good to go whenever. The car wash always has clean areas, and is quick and easy.

Wow, I'm impressed. The $10 basic car wash got my rims and car sparkling clean. It was dirty before and I could tell the difference!
The vacuum suction needs to be fixed. Some had stuff stuck in it. I had to switch vacuums to get one that actually worked.
Overall, everything went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer.

Used to be Bamboo car wash. It looks nicer and car wash performance is good. Vacuums are actually FREE even without a wash. Vacuum performance was great!! Just wished they provided towels and interior cleaning spray because the dryer doesn't dry the car entirely.

Lucia was the warmest, and sweetest personality that I have ever met, she and the staff were so thoughtful and generous and treated me with the utmost respect and I am so grateful to have met her. I was simply taken a back by the detail to the car and the wash itself. I cannot praise this place enough or the things that they were able To do to my vehicle I recommend highly that anyone in the Pleasant Hill area come here for great service attention to detail and just overall hospitality!!! Thank you Lucia!!

Ok service. They have a car wash and vacuums… that’s it. Nothing to clean the insides of the car and the reason I gave them a 3 and not a 4 is because they have guys that just stand by the car wash selection screens and take my order and payment for me which I can easily do myself. It rubbed me the wrong way that they were asking me for a tip? For what? This should not be your go to car wash
