One person in bank, needed a notary, was told 2 hour wait?!? Worst BOA i have ever been to, I've never been blown off like that. Then again, look at the rating of this branch.

Horrible fucking bank. 20 people waiting, manager on her phone instead of healing out. My god what a fucking joke. Don't come to this bank. I'll be switching to Wells Fargo after this bullshit experience

My mom and dad went to this boa location last week to have some services done, they don't speak English so I was worry that they will have a hard time getting things done, but this location have Chinese interpreter, he's name is Yuxuan Hu, he was very helpful and patient! My parents came back home complimenting him for his professionalism, and positive attitude toward customers. Great location if you need a Chinese agent to help!

20 minutes in line to cash a check, then 35 minutes in line to get a paper notarized!!! They close all their drive thru to save money, why not have more people in side to quicken services there?????!!!!!! We have a business account and 9 other accounts and NO NO NO service, no matter!!!!!

Make an appointment because theirs only 2 tellers and it's always like a 30-hour wait. The greeter this morning was awesome though, he was professional and really helpful!

I give it 3 stars because the 2 tellers who are always here take care of things as quickly as they can. There are only 2 tellers, and there is always a line of a minimum of 5 people. The line always seems to have people who have complex issues, foreign transactions that need managers, currency exchanges, things like that. I dont fault the tellers, all 2 of them. Its the banks issue to not have enough tellers. Just like walmart, if you are only going to have 2 cashiers working, why do you have 6 or 7 spaces for tellers? The line never moves quick. Hire more tellers. This bank is always packed, no matter what time of the day you come here.

This bank has the worst customer service. Closed drive through banking. Only has one teller with the lines out the door. Employees all have scowls on their faces and could care less about their customers. Do yourself a favor close your account and get a new bank. Perhaps then they would do something but probably not.

I would give 0 zero star if there is choice. Bank of America, they never listen customers review or feedback. It is the most busiest bank branch in duluth. There is only 2 teller in window and always long line. They offer you slowest service ever. Also there are a lot of other workers who ask to make new account. That is so funny. They only keep focus to make new customer and never manage their customer who already in. Workers who ask to make account are extreme kind with smile face. Tellers works without smile or kind. I will use the another branch even it is too far away from me.
