Nemos has the best prices and fish selection compared to all local stores, employees are always ready to help when you need something or even just to answer your questions. I definitely will keep buying from them.

I bought 15 “chili rasboras” and two hillstream loaches like 3 weeks ago, they are good quality with all 15 “chili rasbora” and both hill stream loaches all being alive still but the fish that were labeled chili rasboras ended up being strawberry rasboras

It's rare for me to wite public facing reviews as I generally speak privately with management or owner (if available) when I've experienced poor customer service. When I receive good customer service, you usually can count on me coming back. Well I've been a repeat customer of Nemo's for over 15 years. Not only do they have a variety of items to choose from, but the prices are some of the best I've found. The owners (and employees) are knowledgeable and always willing to help if needed. Over the years I've recommended this place to not only those new to hobby but also those who may not have visited before.
Nemo Aquarium will continue to get my business!

I just love Nemo Aquarium. I have been buying from them since the early 2000's. They are genuinely concerned about the health of my fish and aquariums. I visit the store weekly. They give great advice on fish and product's. They take time with all of their customers even when they are short staffed. All staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I would like to see them expand to a larger store. If I ccannot visit the store then I can call and they are able to answer my questions and give me advice. Aaron, Gina, Simon, thier family and staff make me feel important, valued and like family.

Good evening my aquarium hobbyist I've been a loyal customer at Nemo Aquarium for over 12 years. LoriAnn wrote a post accusing/implying that this store is racist. This is not a true statement and I know about 20 plus other Afro Americans customers that will attest to my statement. I hate when people throw out characterizations of others without even knowing them. Nemo management and staff are good people. They provide great customer service, quality products at reasonable price.

I have 3 established tanks. I am not new to the hobby. I traveled over an hour to visit this store based on reviews. The store was extremely clean and well stocked. However, I was in the store and watched as staff overlooked me to help others (non Black) customers that entered after I did. 2 staff members walked passed me and nothing. I even observed one of the staff members cheerfully greet a white male customer as he walked in and completely ignore me. As I was walking out, a staff member asked if I needed anything. REALLY??? I KNOW people are not used to Black women being in this hobby, but when you are running a business, you should treat everyone that walks in your establishment with the same respect.

I went in to get a black ghost knife fish and what I saw was awful. ALL of their tails are bitten off or hanging on by a thread and they are in the same tank with the elephant fish that cause this. They don’t even have a clear tunnel or something small for them to hide from the bright lights beaming on them. Poor things are being tortured. The lack of care and knowledge of knowing their fish is clear and I will not be back.

Always a great place to stop In. New stuff every week. Tons of fresh and saltwater fish corals plants. Large staff and knowledgeable. They have alot of the more hard to find fish and coral. I've saw axolotls in there as well. I drive 1hr 1/2 to get to this place. Always worth the trip.

One of my wife's and I favorite place to go to. They are so friendly, knows their stuff and always happy to help. We never leave empty handed when we go. The fish selection is AMAZING, from fresh water to salt water fish and plants, exotic selection of fish. I can keep going on about the place. But yall just need to go here and see for yourself how amazing this is. It's like going to an aquarium but you get to bring stuff home for your tanks. Love this place, makes my wife and I very happy every time we go.

One of the best local fish stores around. The owner Simon is knowledgeable and Friendly. His staff is always helpful. The selection of fish is the best in the state and across the board no one has better prices on livestock. The only place to shop for your fish!

Multiple occasions had parasites from this store. Store refused to make it right. Don’t trust this store again. Have nice fish but a shame all the parasites.

My father had the same issue with a parasite infected fish a month before from your store.
Killed several of his fish.
Never is a dead lie.
I should have known when I saw an employee scoop a dead fish out quickly to try to hide it from people.
