I've taken some baby clothes that never been used and the rest were layed flat in the container organized and only got store credit they said they ran out of cash dont recommend this location ive been there twice thinking it was just a bad day for them got my bin back with the same clothes baby clothes that never been used.

I called the day prior to see what time the store stops accepting items. Along with seeing what items they accept and do not accept. I brought in 2 big diaper boxes of clothes that were in great condition and also folded neatly. Once I waited it only took them 5 mins to look through the clothes. The offer was less than $14 .They stated,” They don’t accept Gerber, the clothes had wear and tear, or stains.” I knew that was a lie because once my boxes were returned most of the items were still folded. It’s truly a rip off and a waste of time. You’ll have better luck going to the snellville or Buford location.

This store is truly a Joke , they don’t ever buy anything Brand New clothes with tags that have never been worn they still will not buy …. It’s a waste of time they need to be more specific on what they are actually willing to buy and even when they do buy they give you $1-$2 like atp be like GoodWill and just take donations

Terrible place. The website says bring things to sell anytime. I arrived at 5:30 pm. They said they stop accepting items one hour before closing. They said you should have called first. No apology. Please do not patronize this place.

lol why was there other people clothes in my bin when I came in to trade in clothes.. and the bag i brought in when they gave it back It had some of someone else’s clothes in my bag and then the rest mine... at least I got a little bit of money back 😭(not that much but money is money) they seemed very unorganized. But maybe overwhelmed? The girl checking me out seemed like she was in a horrible mood.

No wonder this place has low reviews, treatment is horrible here. Rude employees. Professional? Absolutely not. They won’t go thru ur items if they’re not ironed. i call bs all my stuff came fresh from the dryer and folded nicely. The place is nasty inside. Moms, bring baby wipes! i wouldn’t let my child touch anything in there it’s nasty and smells like goodwill

Bad attitude and I brought a lot of gently used clothing in 3 bags and they texted me 10 min later saying they checked everything and nothing would work. I’m pretty sure it would’ve taken longer if they actually looked at everything.

I came here after having a terrible shopping experience at the Jonesboro location. in the future, I will always make the trip here. The associates were so polite and helpful and my buyback didn’t take longer than 30 minutes. Also, I appreciate the associate who explained that when you purchase on the same day, you get 15% off.
