Purchased a 2010 Acura MDX and it has a lot of problems they said they did a lot of work to it like replaced the engine and couldn’t even do spark plugs or anything else. I will list everything I had to replace myself they do not take care of their inventory for vehicles especially this location. Below you will see the spark plugs I pulled from the “new engine” along with PCV valve and a hole in the intake hose. This is just skimming the surface. The car is beautiful but service and the mechanic don’t know what they are doing. Pars Cars is not a good place to buy vehicles

I had a wonderful experience Today with my son getting a car. Dashaun the sales dealer and Tim the sales manager were able to get him into a reliable car at an affordable rate. I would recommend everyone to patronize this location.

I'm going to make this short and sweet as possible, because if I were to go into details of my experience it would take paragraphs. I went to Pars Cars after being lied to by several car dealers, everyone that's ever shopped for a car, know what I'm talking about. When they have you to come down after you've already told them what you don't have or what you don't wanna pay and they have you come in and say you need everything you told them you don't have. Well not here after reading wonderful reviews on a salesman named Wayne. I decided to try this as my last punch in the face for today. When I say I walked in, and was immediately greeted by Wayne and without saying a word he saw the frustration on my face, he then walked me into an office and sat me down and allowed me to vent about my journey. When I was done he took me to look at some options that he felt would fit my needs. I thought this was going to be another impossible task or come back with a co-signer, but no Wayne and Tim also the (trainer) Jordan literally made miracles happen. I drove off that lot with a impeccable Range Rover with not even a penny over what I wanted to put down. Wayne was so amazing I truly can't explain outside of saying this guy is truly anointed by God. His patience, calming Spirit, and genuineness is unmatched. Thank You Pars Team! For allowing a person like Wayne to represent your company. Also Tim and the (trainer) 😀 Jordan was equally amazing they made the process feel like I was hanging out with family. Please see them, they get you riding.

UPDATED REVIEW- Long winded but if you don't feel like reading it all. The bottom line is DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I WOULDN'T BUY A MONOPOLY CAR FROM HERE. STEER CLEAR.
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Pars Cars on May 22, 2025. My salesperson was kind and personable — it truly felt like I was buying from a friend, and I appreciated that part of the experience. Unfortunately, everything after that point has been a complete letdown.
Once I drove off the lot, there was zero follow-up — no calls, no welcome email, no service discounts, nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. The sales process itself left a bad taste. While signing paperwork, I noticed my payment schedule was set to bi-weekly. I explained that I get paid on the 1st and 15th, but the salesperson assured me it would be fine because there’s a 10-day grace period. That turned out to be completely false — I’ve been charged a 5% late fee every payment, and because it appears “late” in their system, I was even told my car could be up for review for repossession. When I contacted the finance department to adjust my payment dates, I was told it’s not possible. Their “solution” was for me to make double payments — something I simply cannot do.
There were other red flags. During the test drive, the check engine light was on. I mentioned it to my salesperson, who said the mechanic fixed it (a “fuse,” supposedly). The light came back on just over a week later. When I called about it, I was met with an incredibly rude person named Don who dismissed me and said, “Oh well, you got the car as is.” I’ve left multiple voicemails about my payment schedule with no response.
Even the delivery of the car was sloppy — I had to wait an hour for them to “clean” it, only to find cigarette butts and sunflower seed shells in the console when I got home.
Overall, Pars Cars seems more interested in getting your money than creating a good customer experience. They cater to a lot of buyers with less-than-perfect credit — which is all the more reason they should treat people with respect and honesty. Instead, once they have your payment, you’re on your own.

A month ago I was looking for a truck. I am working on my credit. We needed a second car ASAP. I am not going to lie I was truly against Pars Cars.
I went online and did the online application. I received a call from a very nice lady named Liz. Liz set me up an appointment at the Duluth location (I told her that’s the one I want to go to.). Appointment was made. She told me make sure I get the salesperson phone number when I get there. Liz was really cool.
I went on that Saturday and I met Wayne. I texted Wayne for about a month. I would tell him I want this … he told me I would need this…. then I told him I only have this and he said we will try. This pass Saturday Wayne got me in a vehicle that I wanted. I am very happy with my service @ Pars Cars in Duluth. The whole staff there are amazing!!
Sometimes you have to go and find out for yourself. I am happy I put my pride aside and went to Pars Cars. Wayne is everything! Go see him and the staff at Pars Car in Duluth.
Thank you
Audrey

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.
I bought a car here, and within two months, the check engine light came on and the car began having major issues — including what turned out to be a bad transmission. I brought it to the dealership, but they refused to help because I was past their 30-day window, even though I reported the problem as soon as it started.
Instead of fixing it, they tried to get me to put $2,000 down just to trade it in, like I hadn’t just purchased it. I’ve now had this car for a year, and out of nowhere, they hit me with a $2,128.15 balance on the exact day of my purchase anniversary — while I’ve already been making car payments and dealing with mechanical issues all year.
This experience has been financially and emotionally exhausting. I’ve made my decision: I will no longer work with this dealership, and I highly recommend that others stay away too. This place is not honest, and I consider the entire experience a scam.
I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

Come into this knowing you’re probably going to get an old car with a lot of miles on it. If you need something quick then this is place. The cars need TLC, but the STAFF is wonderful! Wayne, Mike & the Mechanic team are wonderful, insightful, and go the extra mile !! Thank you guys for everything.

April the 9th I put down 1800 dollars for a vehicle. The paperwork was not correct. I called united acceptance and notified them. They quoted pars cars put a bad taste in your mouth doing business with them. I returned the vehicle promised my refund back. It was supposed to be sent back at their bank on mount Zion. Now I got a notification from my bank that the dark web is involved in pars cars. And they said I won’t be getting my money back. Pars cars is a Debo. They scam and take form people. And find excuses not to give money back. Dark web involved.
