Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I had an appointment at Pep boys today (07/03 evening) to inspect a car from near by dealership. Me and my friend reached on time at this location.
We were informed that there are no associates available to test the car and it won’t be possible. We requested the pep guy associate to consider our request as we had traveled for 1 hour. But he told us it is not possible at any cost.
We asked him why did you guys give us the appointment online then? His answer was that is online departments problem and not my problem. I told him but it’s the same company Pep Boys. His reply was, he doesn’t own the company. I said that’s great and left without inspecting the car. ?
Not sure who is going to pay for the fuel as well as the time spend in this process.

Id never bring a car back here if it was the last place to have a car serviced. I brought my car here for sensors paid over 1k , 2 weeks later my car is jerking & won't shift gears & check engine light back on. Im more than sure they messed it up trying to "fix" it.
All they want is your money! Then they told me oh you need to take it to a dealership we can't fix it. Yeah i bet yall can't fix it after taking my money!
