Staff are extremely helpful with suggestions and knowledge of products. Good variety of items for dogs and cats and have some good treat deals for last minute purchase on your way out the door!

Wonderful service, I'm always greeted when I walk in. I love using the hotel services and so does my pup. Everyone knows my pup! Grooming is always great, the team suggests the best service for my pet and she always feels and smells great!
