Planet Fitness is a gym that emphasizes a welcoming and judgment-free environment where members can build strength at their own pace. With over 2,700 locations and top-quality equipment, it aims to be accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness goals or experience. Members appreciate the friendly staff and the general clientele, which contribute to a positive atmosphere. Notably, the location and convenience are often highlighted as strong points, making it a popular choice for many.
However, there are concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Some reviews mention that the gym has become dirtier since a change in management, with equipment and floors often covered in dust and debris. The gym's cleaning efforts have improved recently, with some staff members working harder to keep the space tidy, and repairs such as a broken fan have been addressed. Still, ongoing cleanliness issues remain, and communication about repairs could be better. One reviewer pointed out that the gym lacks a weigh scale, which they felt was an important feature, despite the gym’s emphasis on a judgment-free zone.
Customer service receives mixed feedback. While some members praise staff members like Mrs. Jazmine for their helpfulness and honesty, others note that staff are not always effective or friendly. A trainer named Fred is highly recommended for those seeking personalized assistance, as he helps members stay consistent and pushes them to reach their goals.
Overall, Planet Fitness offers a friendly, accessible space for fitness, but improvements in cleanliness and communication could enhance the member experience.
Clean gym, friendly staff, good equipment, and a comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of machines for a solid workout.

Small location but, boy is it a nice one. Very clean, great ventilation (two nice big ass fans, which is GREAT for a small location) and plenty of equipment. My new go to when in town.

The gym equipment is good and the price-point is cheap relative to other gyms. However, there are few men’s showers and parking can get hard to find during peak hours.
