I brought my Mercedes Benz to this place They took them a month just to fix one door and when I got there my car was pretty Dory and have over spray on the hood, and the guy I was talking to I think he was one of the owners he was such a lying he wait to the landscape get there and put my car right on the edge of the grass so the that grass we cover the overspray, I should have taken this place to the court , I damage the pain of my car because I was trying to get the overspray, my wife bring it to him the next day so he can take the overspray off, the idiot tell my wife that or dead mosquitoes , but it's okay whatever goes around it comes around be careful guys you do not want to have the same issue that I have at this place I would never recommend this place!! ,

This shop was amazing!!! They got my car in quickly, staff was very welcoming and kept me updated through every step. Most importantly the workmanship was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

If you love your older car, do not go to this location. I recently brought my car in for replacing my back bumper, and the experience was very disappointing.
First, they were unable to color match my paint correctly, leaving my car with a mismatched appearance. Secondly, the replacement part they installed did not fit properly. Despite these issues, they demanded a high price for their mediocre service and provided plenty of excuses as to why the work did not come out right.
This place is not even close to the former repair shop that used to be here. I expected quality service and attention to detail, but instead, I received subpar workmanship. I strongly advise against using this repair shop if you care about your car.

**Avoid at All Costs: Horrific Customer Service and Theft**
If you value your vehicle and your time, steer clear of this establishment at all costs. My recent experience here was nothing short of an unmitigated disaster.
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that customer service was an afterthought. The staff was dismissive and indifferent, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued client.
As I entrusted my car to their care, I was horrified to discover that it was returned to me in a worse condition than when it came in. Not only did my vehicle have layers of dirt on it, it wasn’t vacuumed, washed/wiped down internally , had tape residue markings all over the trunk and windshield; it was clear that an employee had pilfered items from the interior due to items being missing along with the emergency kit in my trunk having it contents scattered in my passenger seat which I can only assume was because it was apparent there weren't any valuables in it.
Upon confronting the management about these egregious violations, I was met with apathy and denial. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and theft, leaving me feeling utterly helpless and violated. Expect to be met with rudeness, indifference, and a complete lack of empathy. Any concerns or requests are likely to be dismissed or ignored outright.
This location is a breeding ground for incompetence and dishonesty and management is complicit. Their employees are clearly untrained and unsupervised, and their lack of care for customer property is appalling.
If you do not want to risk your vehicle being damaged or stolen, and you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment like the plague.

We’ve (unfortunately) have had two fender benders but in each case Classic Collision has been the bright spot. Professional, courteous, and outstanding work. This is the only place I’d go for body work.

Very friendly and extremely thorough. My 2019 Ranger had damage to the rear hitch and tow bar. Classic Collision had repairs completed in about a week. Great service! Will be going back to them for rear 1/4 panel and bumper damage on my wife's minivan next month.

This shop fails at customer communication and attention to detail for car repairs. My car was at their shop for almost a month. I told them about a concerning sound my car was making. A worker there assured me 4 times that my car was fully repaired. When I arrived to pick up my car, He explained all the work the shop performed. When I left the shop, I heard the same sound from almost one month prior and immediately returned. They examined my car again and found break issues.They do not pay attention to customer concern or car repair details at this shop. They also give false assurance while taking money for inadequate repairs.If you need quality repairs and sufficient updates about your car, you should save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
