This is the second year we have held our annual holiday party at the Forum and one of the best parts is having Proof of the Pudding as our caterer. The decorations, the staff, and the food are all outstanding. You cannot go wrong with Proof of the Pudding!

Not impressed with the food at all. It was something I could have easily made at home for a very small fraction of the price. Their service is excellent aside from their discombobulated and icey catering coordinator. #Overrated

Proof of the Pudding is the exclusive caterer for Gwinnett Center. The food and beverages were overpriced, and we received reports, from our guests and vendors that the catering staff was rude, including the catering manager. Not recommended.
