I recently had an excellent experience at 2423 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA. Public Storage, and I want to give a special shoutout to the property manager, David. From the moment I walked in he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Took the time to answer all my questions, explained the rental process clearly, and made sure I was getting the right unit for my needs.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free the whole experience was.

My wife, daughter and I recently moved back to Duluth from Lilburn. The new house doesn’t have as much storage space as our previous house, so we decided to rent a 10’x30’ unit. This Public Storage facility on Pleasant Hill had just what we needed and is in a great location central to where we work, live and play. The property is always clean and tidy, thanks to David, the property manager. He is on site 5 days a week and is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating gentleman.
We have been steadily downsizing all of our items in storage and no longer need the 10’x30’ unit. With this being the case, I visited David in the office and within 5 minutes, we had picked out a 10’x15’ unit to replace the larger one. It was a very simple transaction and the transfer was very smooth. If you are in need of a storage space or just somewhere secure to park a truck, boat or trailer, come see David at Public Storage. Thanks for your assistance David!

The Manager David is the best, always available and ready to help. I gave Public a one star because, My fee doubled without any notice. I never complained regarding any issues before because I know things happen.. It's alway one cart and that's never available, so I struggle with my things upstairs. I called customer service on July 6, to find out why the large increase and to see if anyone could be of any assistance. I was told no, only the managers could help with my fee.. I was then given an appointment for the next day to have a conference with a manager. I said should I pay now and speak to him tmrw. She said no because the manager will waive the late fee that you are going to get tomorrow. I said ok, After speaking to the manager, none of this was true.. I still had to pay $23.00 late fee and the doubled unit A512 price anyway because the manager couldn't assist me.
I wasted my time driving 45 minutes to this meeting on Sunday when I could've been in church..

"The store offers great products and service, but the limited availability of hand trucks 1 lol can be inconvenient during busy times . It would be beneficial for them to invest in more hand trucks to improve customer experience and efficiency."

Perfect location and flexibility for me to store my spare furniture. Doreen did a great job explaining the bill which was confusing to me at first but finally makes sense. Easy!
