I’ve been coming to this Publix for well over 10 years and it used to be a pleasurable experience. However, on a few recent visits, the prices have been completely different than what the items have been ringing up for. When it is brought to their attention, both the cashiers and supervisors have been argumentative to the point of wasting time and energy going back-and-forth with the customer regarding the erroneous price.
My most recent experience was with a supervisor name Begay. I noticed she was super cheerful and helpful with the customer in front of me. Once it was my turn to ring up my items, I didn’t receive the same energy from her. The first item rang up was an erroneous price. I had already taken a pic, she told me it wasn’t the same price. So she walked backed, saw the sign, then asked where did I get this from? She then proceeded to say I picked up the wrong one when it was clearly the correct one. Even on the way back to the register she was going back-and-forth about it being wrong and decided to honor the buy to get one free, but did not want to honor Publix policy about when items ring up a different price.
It was an unfortunate experience and was met with indifference from her. It is completely unacceptable.

Clean store and friendly staff. The cashiers and baggers are attentive to your products, meaning you don't have to worry about bananas being bruised or breads being crushed.

My FAVORITE Publix location! The customer service is always good. The deli and hot food area always has fresh food. This is the best Publix location in Duluth.

My favorite place to shop. Employees are helpful and courteous. They will walk you across the store to find the item you want. Bakery and deli are always happy to answer questions and suggest items. Store is always clean and well stocked. BOGO items are always a great savings.

You can tell a lot about an establishment by how clean the restrooms are. They are pristine, immaculate, Crystal clean. So is the whole store. Management is professional and friendly. Staff are courteous and helpful. It is an enjoyable shopping experience
