Deli is horrible. They Never have spinach wraps. Workers are slower than ever. Foreign workers that don’t understand what you are saying yet alone make a sandwich. Been like this for months!!!

Not a big variety of pastries out as other locations during my visit. However, produce made up for it with a wider selection of cut fruits than I've experienced at most locations. And the staff was very helpful in the produce area.

The best Publix I have ever been to! Cashier greeted and remind me of the perks by entering phone number. She has an broken arm, even with it, she does not let it take away the enthusiasm about her job. Great experience!

Used to be my favorite spot for great customer service
But today, they packed up the hot food line much ahead of time.
Came around 7.15pm and asked for fried or roasted whole chicken, and they said they were out for the day. Strange to be out for both options..

As a lifelong Customer here and Hospitality Executive with Fortune 500 Companie,having an in depth of Knowledge of Staffing and Operations. I must address my observations. I noticed a disparity in Staff racial composition.
Black staff are "ushered" to work in the Deli while Hispanics are "kept" in Customer Service.When I asked to see who is in charge of Customer Service?? .......Once I saw her, I knew instantly the agenda here.
I also noticed that I always see the 1 or 2 Blacks in Customer service , working at the Deli also!
I am a huge proponent of diversity and as our City is becoming more diverse, proper training needs to be given to Supervisors/managers from other Countries who don't understand "diversity" and thus apply the same prejudice that is often practiced in their native Countries. This practice isn't a mistake as it is a microcosm of what happens in most lower level jobs that are managed by someone like Vicky.
I am further perturbed that the Area manager, Store manager or other managers haven't noticed the disparity here as it must be flagged by concerned Customers to the Corporate Office.......This is becoming a Norm in Atlanta and local leaders must take note.
