I have a membership and today I went for a wash, first I could smell the water through the car and it smelled really bad today for some reason and second I don’t understand why vacuuming isn’t available in the rain it’s not like their(the employees) doing it for us if i want to vacuum and get wet I feel i should have that option basically I feel the weather shouldn’t determine when we can use the vacuum that makes no sense to me. Other then that everything Is usually good

MCW on Pleasant Hill has an employee standing at the box where are supposed to “do it ourselves “ pay. They take your card from u, insert and naturally the last screen asks for tip!! What kind of business is this? I won’t go there any more.

This is a terrible self serve wash. They expect you to dry the car and wipe the other portions with what’s basically a paper towel. They have the spray chained to the pole where you can barely use it. Employees are rude. I paid for top level wash and had to get a lot myself(with a paper towel) 0/10 don’t recommend.

Very efficient and attentive service. I wash and vacuum my Tesla there every other day for my transportation business. I highly recommend their monthly subscription.

The vacuums are horrible. That’s after you “build” your own. The wash was moderate at best. No pre-scrub for SUV heading into tunnel. They don’t tape the rear wiper.Wash 5/10Tire shine 2/10Vacuums 1/10Supplies 3/10Car comes out looking like it just went through a monsoon and they have a giant roll of paper towels to dry it. I got the $15 wash, not worth it. If you’re in a jamb this would work for the $10 I guess maybe. Half of the lot was closed, not sure why. Though if all those vacuums were on then you would have negative pressure. Definitely not worth a membership price. Plenty of other places that are the same price, prep the car going into the tunnel, tape wipers, and have supplies on the other side.

Bobby does a fantastic job and I’ve been a monthly “subscriber” for years. Kevin went out of his way to help me today and this place has been upgraded drastically over the past year. Happy customer!

Poor service, worse cleaning. Like all of this chain has a convenient location but that's the only plus. Should be called expensive mediocre rinse, not ultra wash

When my mom and I first started going to this car wash, the experience was good. However, they closed down for several months due to remodeling. (approximately 7/22) When we called to cancel, they stated that our monthly account would be closed with no more charges, but they have been charging us until now. (approximately 12/22) I like the car washes but they haven't done good business. I can't recommend this place.

Was a member before they remolded the place they wouldn’t refund cause there weren’t any locations near me. I have been by the location twice to cancel and numerous hours spent on the phone. I haven’t used their services since June and they are still charging my card the 17.99 a month after being told it was cancelled multiple times and still trying to just get it cancelled and they refuse any refunds. Bad business I wouldn’t support them again.

I really want to like this place. It’s clean, convenient and the employees are friendly. However there are many negatives. They don’t provide towels to dry your car, ok I happen to have one in my truck so I dry off my truck and the towel is very dirty. So the wash isn’t really getting your vehicle clean. It should be noted that this was my second visit in a week and my truck wasn’t very dirty to begin with. Another negative is the window cleaner is chained to a roll of paper towels. So I guess you should spray the paper towel and then go clean a window then repeat for each window. This would take forever which leads me to my next point. There are signs that tell you that there is a ten minute time limit, that’s not enough time to clean windows and wipe down the interior and vacuum. Also there is no shade so in the summer it’s going to be hot. Just my experience other car washes execute a better experience.

Under new management, worst car wash period... The obnoxious black manager or the so called owner is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I watched him disrespect his employees right in front of other customers. All the employees was doing was helping customers signed up for the membership program. I canceled that membership, will never return there again. Do yourself a favor go find another carwash nearby. Plenty are available around Duluth.

I totally agree with the most recent reviews. For 3 months I've billed the full $20+ monthly! When I called cust.serv. about the price hike (which I should have paid closer attention to but didn't due to it being automatically drafted)I was told by their rep that according to my contract, it states pricing could go up at anytime w/o notice. Really? I was directed to Ultra's nearest car wash (which wasn't convenient). Went back to this location a 2nd time & they had begun remodeling & gave me directions to an even further out location! So for 3 months & $60+, my car was washed 2 times. I called back & just cancelled my membership! I've had it for years, but it is only now that I see how little this company cares about its customers! You all could have emailed us to advise of the EXTREME price hike & remodeling, but maybe I'm expecting too much! The generic response you all are giving each customer " sorry about the increase" is so ridiculous! I think you all are missing the point... this issue is more than the price increase! There are several layers into how wrong you all have done loyal customers! Horrible Experience, Lack of Apathy, & Unprofessionalism is what I rate this car wash!! I am sorely disappointed with the treatment given to long standing customers in this community!

I did use this car wash, it is at a convenient location. I signed up for a $17.99 monthly service, they have been closed for a couple of months and now taking $24.99 out of my account. When I called to inquire, they told me it was a price increase and in T&C's they are allowed to change the price. I was never informed to any price increase. And the worst part of this situation is they are closed and have been for a few months. They said I could get 2 months added on my services, meaning when I am no longer living I can still get car wash for free. I am not happy doing business with a company that makes false claims. I ended my service subscription with them and will find a new way of washing my car.

This business closed in July and has been charging its members monthly fees and refuses to refund money. I was recently charged for the month of August and had to make multiple calls to be told I could not get a refund, but drive 20 miles out of my way to another location to use my membership. When I tried to cancel I got the run around. Check your monthly charges as you may be getting the shaft
