I wanted to share an experience my boyfriend and I had at your store recently. We went to purchase two Mike’s Hard drinks and two Smirnoff Ice drinks. The night shift manager Zoe not only asked for my boyfriend’s ID but also demanded mine, even though he was the one paying. She then told us that the amount of alcohol we were buying was “too much for one person,” which didn’t make sense.
On top of this, she was speaking to us while eating a hotdog, which came across as unprofessional and unpleasant.
I understand that alcohol sales require ID checks, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be addressed.

Usually okay for a gas station for food, today everything was gross. Making a hot dog yesterday and grabbed the second to the last bun. Came in today to try an make a hot dog - the last bun was still there, and hadn't been swapper or cleaned or refilled. With this attention to detail, I cant eat food from here anymore. It won't let me post the picture I took of it, but ive got it. The bun is outside of the wrapper under the tornado wraps section.

If I could leave one star I would, I live 3 hrs away from this location, and needed to get gas, stopped here, bad mistake it’s 11:30pm, idk what the woman’s name was but she refused to break my hundred dollar bill, mind you I needed $80 in gas. But said I could not pay with anything bigger then a 20. I told her I was going to be needing 80 in gas and she refused, got an attitude with me, and when I said “I’m 3 hrs from home and need gas” she said “not my problem” if it’s your policy to not take a hundred dollar bill you should have a sticker on the window saying so. Her attitude was awful, if she hates her job so bad, then she should go find another one.

Cashier came out of the toilet stall in the men’s room without washing hands and immediately started adjusting the packs of fried chicken next to the bathroom that’s disgusting even if you just work at a gas station you should have some sense of decency just basically in life

Excellent, hard-working staff. I’ve been going to this RaceTrac for a few years. It’s very busy but always clean. The staff are quick at the checkout. Getting in the parking lot from Sugarloaf is very difficult during rush hours if you’re coming from Buford Hwy. Sometimes it’s quicker to go to the light at P’tree Ind turn left, then take a left at the next light near Lidl. Same for leaving if you plan to get back on P’tree Ind.
