Thanks for working Thanksgiving holiday. This was the only clothing store open in the plaza and I was surprised it was open at all. I desperately needed a last minute outfit and as always I found something cute, classy, chic, and inexpensive.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I purchased some clothes within the same five hours. I decided to see if I can get a smaller size in an item I was told by “manager” tyashia that I couldn’t exchange for a smaller size due to me not having a receipt, I mention to the young lady that I was not given a receipt I paid half cash have card, and I have the bank statements for the same day. I could show her so she could pull up on her system my last transaction. Also, when I asked her if it was any way she could contact the manager that was on duty during the hours I came into the location to see if she was able to let her know I was truly there She said she wasn’t going to, I am not from this area and I am visiting for the day and the outfit I purchase was for my activities I planned on participating in today. I think it’s truly unprofessional and the company needs to come up with ways for customers to be able to take their clothing back by scanning the tags on the clothing not only the receipt as I mentioned prior I was not trying to get a refund I only was getting in exchange for a smaller size.

I went Tuesday and the employees were so rude. The fitting rooms are still closed so I did not end up purchasing my items. One lady helped us with an attitude. I won’t go back to this location

The worst customer service ever from the team members to the managers. The whole entire staff needs to be changed for people that really want to work in retail with customers and to help customers. The manager came to the counter to do the refund she did not speak as well as the cashier did not speak. Neither one of them said thank you have a good day or anything. Someone really needs to put people in position that really wants to work and not put people in a position just because they need a job. When my made my purchase on May 19, 2022 I return to the store on May 20 to return two of the three items I purchased and the first sign that said cash only was on the door. When I asked for a refund and the manager refused to give me the corporate office number they then put the second notice on the door. This area of Duluth is a family oriented area and we need family oriented people working here and friendly people

Tyeisha … is just plain GHETTO!!! This is the 2nd time I have purchased items at this location …. Saying things like “she don’t like light-skins” and N@&&? This and N@&&? That .. I was sooo embarrassed !!! And so were the ladies in line with me smh !!! Don’t bring your kids here!!!!!! She doesn’t care who hears her conversations !!

Now this location literally has everything I’ll dream of having in my closet. So much cute stuff, plenty of styles and selection for many occasions. The employee were super friendly, she greeted me once we walked in the door, even while having a hand full of clothes. At one point I asked her opinion about a outfit and she stopped to help me decide. At the register the assistant manager was also super friendly and helpful. For someone who visit Georgia a lot I’ll definitely be back again, this type of retail environment will bring sales and also good reputation.

These people at this store are big weird! So they don't let you try on clothing here. You have to buy it, take it home, try it on at home, and return it if it doesn't fit. Then the goofy one with glasses proceeds to tell me that I can try the clothes on over my clothes if I want to. And all of this is their 'Covid policy'!!? Ummm me taking it home to bring it back prevents Covid!? Me touching the clothes and pulling them on over dirty clothes I already have on prevents covid!? Yeah! Big weird! So I politely and arrogantly tossed the clothes I had in my hand on top of the shelf in front of them, turned and walked out. I gave that $100 that I was ready to spend to Marshalls instead.

This rainbow location is a bit tight dark and cramped so I took off one star. The employees did say hello when I came in. They were putting clothing on the racks. I didn't need anyone's help. No help was offered anyway. And I checked out smoothly. This rainbows is not the greatest experience but this is Rainbow not an upscale designer. Keep your expectation low. Prices were decent clothing was on sale here and there. Al the sections were mashed together tightly. Junior plus size and women's it was an ocean of clothes. Overall decent experience but I would definetly not come back.

Refused to provide me service if no mask is worn yet there is NO SIGN posted anywhere regarding this. They also did not offer to provide a mask even though the employees verbally mandated this (Luckily I had mine in my bag). The employee that rang up my purchase was NOT wearing a mask. It's hard to resist their 5$ tank tops though. I wear them under my blazers for work often.

Just nodding your head as a form of communication is not communication. When someone ask you a question, give an answer. I was prepared to shop today, but I guess you didn't want my money today. Verbiage should come out of the mouth, when asked a question. Smh!! Teach your employees to do better.

I believe that staff do the best they can with what they have to work with( it being crowded and had great customer service every time I've been there which is a lot. In fact they were so good to me I became an employee.

Very unlikely TO EVER BE professional Denise J was the rudest person I ever met. (NEVER LET A WOMAN WHO WOKE UP AND THOUGHT TIKTOK TIGHTS AND HOUSE SHOES WOULD BE PROFESSIONAL TO WEAR TO WORK ALL WHILE WEARING PLASTIC HAIR) I wish it was an opportunity to select negative stars. LET ME RUN THE SCENARIOAfter arriving in the store and spending 15 minutes picking out my items I go to the register to check out i I only see one cashier and she was waiting on a customer. She told me to go to the other side I went no problem. The Cashier was Denise who instructed me to go to the other side. I am mid purchase and Denise decided it was a good time to show how much of a guttersnipe she is. SHE ASKED ME WHERE IS MY MASK. BEAR IN MIND THAT I HAVE BEEN ON THE STORE 15 MINUTES, ALSO THERE IS NOT A MASK MANDATE AND THERE IS NOT A MANDATORY MASK SIGN ON THE DOOR. I asked her to repeat herself she advised that her employees did not have their vaccine. HOWEVER SHE WAS STILL SERVICING A CUSTOMER WHO IS FRUSTRATED WITH HER LEVEL OF INEPTNESS IN BEING A CASHIER. I advised her that I was fully vaccinated and I was following the guidelines place by CDC and the Gwinnett County Health Department. She said that I could leave her store. THERE WERE OVER 9 OTHERS WITHOUT A MASK INSIDE NOTHING WAS SAID TO THEM. SHE THEN GOES ON TO CURSE AND BECOME BELLIGERENT WITH HER NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME. SHE SAYS I DONT CARE IF SHE CALLS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES THIS IS MY STORE. I THEN ASK FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER SHE SAID TO ANOTHER WORKER I DONT GIVE OUT THAT . I ASKED FOR CORPORATE SHE SAID TO GOOGLE IT. SO WELL HERE IS MY OPPORTUNITY TO USE GOOGLE.
