Came from out of town to visit this place because a friend referred me. Hours of operation that are posted on their building for a Friday night says 3am. Got there at 2:10 with a bright red open sign, just to be rudely greeted by security saying “WERE DONE IN HERE”.

Great service always when coming to Red Lounge from Ginna, Cynthia, Jennifer, Dani, Ryan and Matt. Everyone is always great i didn't name them all but go check them out. Our group comes here often they know what we want when we come in.

A nightmare. But I wish I could give this location less than one star. It was embarrassing, sat down and not been acknowledged because I was not a male., I was served a drink and never acknowledge otherwise the servers were still preparing for the evening and curling their hair behind the bar, which is a huge violation cleanliness. I would not go here if you were just by yourself I wanted to throw a birthday party at this location when I asked to speak with the manager, she flicked me off with both hands. Entirely unprofessional and ridiculous behavior from the People present . When I asked to speak with a manager, it was extremely aggressive and defensive. Please don’t ever go here.

I got an extra drink after buying round of drinks with a healthy tip... and they took it upon them selves to take a 16 dollar tip on a 13 dollar drink!! Im pissed! Do better do better!!

This place was great. Did private karaoke with a group and could find every song we wanted to sing. They handled multiple checks really well which saved some stress. Good drinks and food. Very friendly staff. Had a blast.
Parking is tough. But there are plazas on either side with plenty of parking so I just had to cross a small road.
