Was having issues with another redwing store. My company has a national account and a new employee was having a hard finding approved boots. I spoke to Yasmine at the Duluth location and she was kind enough to go through the store and identify all the selections that applied to our company standards on the phone with me. I like the place but today I went to the store and there was a girl that was working at the store. She saw me and never asked me anything but with other clients getting into the store she was different. That was a white girl with short hair on the back of her head. That was my experience today and I think she shouldn't be like that because she is working because the have clients and I’m a client as well.

I purchased a pair of Tradesman waterproof boots and memory soles for extra comfort and they were worth every penny. I get nothing but compliments from co-workers and customers. Hands down the best boots I’ve ever bought. Ask for David when you visit. Thank you Red Wing!

I get my favorite Redwing boot here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Redwing boots are more premium priced, but they are the most comfortable and longest lasting boots that I have ever owned. If the store does not have your boot/ size in stock, they will gladly order it for you. They also stock arch supports, socks, mink oil, and other boot accessories. It's a nice place to do business.

The Red Wing shoe store, Duluth, GA, has always been my location of choice. Excellent service with a real concern for customer satisfaction. I have made many visits, but calling in orders has become more convenient.

Great everything. THE place to go to get your work shoes/boots!! Not go to the "mega store", its your feet, you are on them all the time. Why skimp on your feet?

The particular Red Wing store I most recently visited in hopes to obtain a new pair of Red Wings boots, was the Duluth, GA branch. Both gentlemen working were friendly and respectful from the moment my coworker and I walked in. He and I have both bought Red Wings together before. We both have had our previous pair for just about 3 years. Anyway, the guys did an awesome job in their ability to inform us on the new lines of footwear as well as the tried and true lines. Both he(coworker) and I chose a BOA type lace. (My favorite)My coworkers first pair. I have been to many Red Wings stores across the Southeast of U.S. The Duluth, GA branch is definitely up in the top 1 or 2. Keep up the steller work ethic fellas!
