I came to this branch to speak to Melinda the branch manager who is always so kind, helpful and professional. Melinda was not there, but Lydia Payne was there. I wanted to close my account and Lydia refuse to close my account, when the Duluth branch was going to close it. I called customer service to make a complaint, Lydia followed me up to the tellers window and provoked me by asking me what was I looking at? Also, talking over me and being rude while I was on the phone with customer service. She’s very scary looking and she’s rude. She also, has my information and it makes me really uncomfortable. The customer service was unprofessional and the worst customer service ever. Lydia should not work at anyones bank. I wouldn’t trust her.
