Aubrie has been nothing short of amazing throughout my whole process. She actively listened and really helped meet my needs. My small interaction with other staff was great as well.

Convenient location and quiet surroundings but office staff is rude and unprofessional especially Tangela! When she’s asked questions she provides incorrect information and then when questioned she turns around and says “where is it in writing . She will make you feel guilty for bringing it up. It has happened on more than a couple of occasions.
Washing machine and dryers are old - unable to run small loads so you can’t separate towels, whites etc as a small load will not run. Machine starts to rebel!!!!
There are too many extra charges above the rent payment which adds up very quickly. I would not recommend this place. There are many other newer complexes in the vicinity that are worth looking at.

Avoid living here. The management and staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. We experienced two mold issues and an AC leak, yet they still charged a ridiculous move-out date fee. It feels like they’re only interested in taking your money.

After five years of living here after selling my house, I have enjoyed staying there. Finding the right place to stay for your family is essential. It was well maintained, safe and secure and I loved my view. Never had an issue and hate to even go. However on to another level. Thank you for the beautiful moments there. This is a nice find. Change Church is up the street and there are plenty of restaurants and close to 85.

Just came to look for a tour I scheduled for which I made sure it was at 4 pm. Came early around 3:53 pm and the lady that was at the office was extremely rude and unwelcoming saying your appointment was at 3:30pm. Which is incorrect, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Don’t get a room from this place if they’re treating their future residents like this during the tour date.

EXCELLENT!! From my first call to inquire about the apartments at The Reserve At Sugarloaf to signing my lease, Michelle A. was friendly and professional. She answered all of my many, many questions throughout the entire process. She always made me laugh about something.
The apartment was impeccable. I'm proud to call this place HOME! Thanks for everything, Michelle.

Michelle at the leasing office is always so sweet and helpful! She originally showed me around the apartment where I live now, and she always helps me out whenever I need anything or have questions.

Came from SC to tour this community today and was greeted by a person who wasn’t very welcoming.. she kept saying how she was “booked up” as far as appointments go and didn’t seem interested in touring us. Luckily Don (Regional Maintenance Supervisor) and Lenette from the corporate office were there and were polite and happy to tour us. The apartment was nice but the bedrooms were a bit small. 7 overall.

Victoria was wonderful! She was very thorough and knew everything about the apartment community and the surrounding area. She explained where to find all amenities on the campus, and was very helpful with giving guidance as to how to start the application process. I was very pleased with the community as well. Very clean, spacious, and diverse. I am very much so considering it, even more so, seeing the timely response and helpful service in the leasing office was a plus! Go Victoria!!

I stayed here for over a year before having to relocate for work and had a great overall experience. The location is great and accessible to a lot of what you’d need. If I had any issues with maintenance or management, it was quickly resolved and had no issues with my interactions. I would highly recommend for anyone moving to the Duluth area.
