If you choose to deal with the Rick Case Kia dealership, be extremely careful to do the math on their numbers. They will lie through their teeth about the price. Thank god i didn't buy!

My car has been in service with them for a month now and there seems to be no rush to get it fixed. Not to mention they don't seem to want to provide a loaner and I have already spent over $2000 for a rental! Good customer service? What a joke.

This is less than 1 star. They sold me a new car that has 142 mil. I ask the dealer if it's a new car. He says even if it's over 1000 mil, as long as it's not sold, it's a new car. Plus, when they gave me the new car, the car was messed. The rear seat belts were loose, the small stuff are around everywhere. Plus, the inside of the car stink. Car price info is just folded and thrown away at the rear seat. The surface of windows the price info was on is very sticky.
For the price, I told the dealer how much I could pay a month, but when I signed off the papers, he raised about 20 bucks every month. When I took the car, I realized that there's a damaged interior, but they don't even know. After I complain it, they said they would order the part. It's been 3 weeks since I bought it, they still no respose of the part. Don't go there. This is the worst place in the states. I reported to Hyundai America and Korea about this one. Hope they would do something to protect innocent customers.
I feel I bought a pre-owned car with a new price.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication & Unacceptable Delays
I dropped off my 2020 Kia Telluride at Rick Case Kia on the evening of Friday, May 30th for a scheduled service appointment on Saturday, May 31st. Despite the confirmed appointment, my vehicle wasn't even looked at until Wednesday, June 4th because no Master Technician was available. At no point was I informed this would be the case, and I only found out after repeatedly trying to get answers.
When I asked my service advisor if a loaner was available, I was told, “No, we do have them, but we won’t have any available for weeks.” This was not only unhelpful, but incredibly frustrating considering the unexpected delay in service.
Trying to authorize the work was another nightmare. It took an entire day just to get in touch with my service advisor due to constant phone tag. Once I finally received the service estimate, I did my own research and found the alternator for my vehicle priced at $680—yet the dealership quoted me $1,629.07. I understand that labor and overhead factor into the final cost, but this markup is outrageous.
I was told my vehicle would be ready by Tuesday, June 10th, but instead of contacting me directly (as I had specifically requested multiple times), they called my father—who only brought the vehicle in once. Despite asking to have my contact information updated in their system, they continue to call him instead of me.
Overall, this experience has been exhausting and disappointing. Lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism made a routine service visit feel like a battle. I expected much better from a dealership that claims to put customers first.

After one year, here again. Last year our daughter bought her car here and we like it so much that we came to buy my husband's car. Very pleased with the overall customer service and especially our sales person Teo Munoz. He was very professional and got out happy with our new purchase at Rick Case Kia.

I have not had a pleasant experience at the Rick Case dealerships specifically KIA and Hyundai. We were looking to buy a car and they were trying to make us a deal. I was talking with a sales person and they told me one price and when I got to the dealership the price magically went up, this was at the Hyundai dealership. When I went to get an oil change in my KIA they charged me 120$ for an oil change and they don’t even top off washer fluid or the coolant. I would never come here again.

My problem was misdiagnosed also mechanic did not replace engine cover after completing the task took my car to another dealership problem solved come on Rick Case you can do better.

Purchased ALL my cars from Rick Case. Always a great quality, long-lasting purchase! Greg Moore at the Kia location was fun, attentive, informational, and most importantly, patient and not pushy.

This rating is only for the after hours drop off. While there is a box with envelopes that you can fill in your details, and also a slot to stick it in at the door, every last one of the envelopes was stuck together because they had gotten wet. Wet. How hard is it to keep these things dry so that people can insert their key?
