I am very satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased back in October, however, I am solely disappointed in the lack of concern and effort to reimburse me for property tax overpayment. Essentially, I was charged about $400 too much for the vehicles taxes, and even though I had them sign a document saying I would be reimbursed, they failed to do so when the time came. Instead, they insisted that there were all of these third party fees (I purchased the vehicle out of state). At one point I was told that my check was in the mail, only to be followed by an “oops, we made a mistake.” Dimitri was very helpful, and in my opinion tried everything he could to get the issue resolved for me. Quinton on the other hand, made no effort to make things right. He didn’t even pay me the courtesy of a phone call (though I was told multiple times he would be calling). Instead, he and I went back-and-forth through email over the course of several days. He refused to answer the question directly when asked about the $400 discrepancy with the taxes. He only insisted that the third party reported to them the amount that was paid, even though I had a receipt from my county showing the actual amount. They eventually stopped responding to my emails, which was very unprofessional. I asked for the contact information of someone higher up, but was met with silence. In the end, the one mistake I made was allowing them to handle the taxes for me. I should have taken care of it myself. Lesson learned, I guess.

I bought a used car here today, on New Year's Day. I'd like to express my gratitude to David Taylor, who helped me. I was looking for an affordable car under $10,000, and unexpectedly, he recommended a Buick SUV, and he diligently assisted me with the test drive. David clearly provided me with all the necessary information and showed me his trustworthiness through his actions rather than just words. I am grateful to David for showing me such diligence and honesty on the first day of the new year.

Service department is very bad. William in the service department wasn't helpful. I had an issue with my car. It's a lease car and it was under warranty. He didn't put effort to fix the problem. They weren't helpful at all. I am very disappointed.

Avoid this place like the plague they try and entice you with cars they don’t have and then blame other people that are associated with the business. I would not do business with them at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Love my car so far. I just hope I don't have any issues, from reading the reviews the service department won't be helpful. As far as finance or sales, if you have any problems make sure you fix them before you walk out the door. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, they don't keep their word if it's not on video it's a lie from them because they will manipulate the paperwork. And don't let them trick you into Autotrace you can get Gap coverage and your vehicle without it. They will try to insult your intelligence Steve Fricks and Shaquan.

The service dept does not live up to the standards of the rest of the dealership. I had taken my car in for routine service on Saturday and the check engine light just came on. I informed my service advisor, when asked if I had recently gotten gas, I said yes. After a 4 hour wait,I was told I needed to come back Tuesday to see a technician only to find out it was a loose gas cap and was told I would need to pay $250 before I could have my car back. The frustrating part of this whole situation was at no point on Saturday was it mentioned to me that sometimes after filling up if the gas cap is not closed tight enough if could cause the check engine light to come on and maybe I should check it. The only thing that was suggested was to make an an appointment with the technician.
The only pleasant aspect of my visit to the Service Dept was Victoria Cruz, she has a great set of customer service skills
Once the service manager arrived and assessed the situation. The fee was waived as a courtesy.
The time and effort taken by this service manager and Victoria Cruz showed they want every customer to leave satisfied and well informed when making service decisions.

Worst customer service, they tried to gaslight me as if I didnt know what I was talking about, and then on top of that was going to charge me for things that are still under warranty and recall smh! I had way better service at riverdale, please save the hassle and go elsewhere
